Discover Serenity at Hidden Ridge, Hot Tub, Satellite TV, firepit.

This gorgeous two-bedroom 2-BA Chalet Cabin features an open floor plan and large windows perched high atop the mountain. The master suite includes a spacious full bathroom with a full-size shower and a cozy reading loft. The second bedroom has a queen bed and an adjoining full bathroom with shower stall. The loft bedroom is partially open to the living space taking advantage of the phenomenal forested view.

The kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances, including a refrigerator with filtered water dispenser and automatic ice-maker, dishwasher and coffee maker among standard kitchen appliances and cookware. A flat screen TV is mounted over an elegant gas fireplace, connected to DISH Network service. Plenty of comfy sofas with room for all. A cozy reading lounge in the open loft sets a peaceful tone for relaxation. Outside, there's a private hot tub behind the cabin, a wrap-around deck with an umbrella table and cushioned chairs, and an electric grill. A fire pit is also available in the yard. Access is easy for 2wd vehicles on paved roads and driveway connecting directly to the front door stairs.

This chalet is conveniently located and offers all the comforts of home for a relaxing getaway.

This cabin does not offer Wi-Fi for those who desire a truly authentic escape.

This cabin is Pet Friendly for a well trained pet with a pet fee.
Electric and water are on reliable City connections.

Loved the location the overall property needs maintenance! My husband busted his toe on a board by the hot tub and the decking fell through on the steps, the mice poop was nasty in the kitchen drawers where the utensils are and the cabin was dirty!

As soon as we pulled into the driveway and saw the property, we realized it was not represented correctly on the web site. The long staircase leading to the cabin was broken and dangerous. And when we walked into the cabin, it stunk like a moldy, damp basement. We used the restroom facilities and immediately vacated the property. We called the management company and told them we would not be able to stay in the property due to health concerns, and they assured us we would receive a refund, but they have yet to issue it. I would definitely not recommend this property to anyone!

Sweet escape

Perfect spot to unwind and relax after hiking the trails all day. Hot tub is great. Great spot for bonfires. View from the windows is fantastic.

Great get-away in Slade

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Hidden Ridge. The house was clean and very comfortable, just what we needed for a short hiking trip. We loved coming home after a long day and soaking in the hot tub. That was truly great. The upstairs bedroom had a king sized bed and it was very comfortable. The queen sized bed in the downstairs...not so much. The deck was a great place to hang out. We did not get to use the fire pit because it rained in the evenings but we would have otherwise. There was an electric grill but it did not work - it would be good to take note of that since there are not a lot of restaurants nearby so plan accordingly. Check in was off site, this is the first time we have experience that and it seemed like an unnecessary step. There was no communication regarding check out procedures or instructions regarding the property. Small things but they would be an easy fix. Overall I would recommend this property and if the opportunity presents itself we will be back.

If you want to get away for a reasonable price this is it, only thing lacking was lack of wifi but honestly not a huge deal and i personally had great service so i could make up for it no problem.

Hidden Ridge Spring 2025

First off, the Gorge is a beautiful place to hike, I can’t wait to go back. This cabin is beautiful, there are a few steep inclines to get to it, but passable in my car. We enjoyed the hot tub, and fire pit. Another plus, bringing our dog. My 9 year old lab had a blast.

Could be great.

We arrived for the 4:00 checkin, but our cabin wasn’t ready. The lady at the desk was nice and even offered a small refund for our wait, which we thought was nice. She text me when the cabin was ready and I appreciated that too. However, it wasn’t really clean. The rug hadn’t been vacuumed, the small rugs were on the deck rail, the coffee pot still had coffee in it and dishwasher had dishes in it. The bathrooms had been cleaned and the beds changed. We only received 4 towels for a family of 4 for a 3 night stay, I asked if we could exchange towels, as I didn’t bring detergent, and never heard back from anyone. I asked by email and in person at the gift shop. All of the reviews said the cabin was very secluded and it is in a nice and convenient location, but it does have houses very close by. This didn’t bother us but I wouldn’t consider it secluded. The bed on the main level is TERRIBLE and the pillows may be worse. The views are top notch, with the huge windows and we enjoyed watching squirrels and other animals, it felt like you were in an treehouse. The hot tub was nice and it worked well. We loved the fire pit area. This place has the potential to be five stars for sure, but it fell flat because of the cleanliness, lack of towels, horrible bed and communication.

Beautiful get away in the woods

Beautiful, comfortable home, surrounded by trees and felt very private. Great location to all the major sites in the area and easy to reach via higheay.
