"Ok, so we upgraded the room which included the lounge - what’s to complain about, absolutely nothing, the lounge was fab, the room itself overall was ok and the breakfast was great too. But…the lifts, bent and battered doors, the middle lift shaking whilst going up and down and…sort the pillows out, this isn’t the 1st time, they flatten to nothing. We asked for harder pillows, on the 3rd ask late at night, we were given just 1. Feedback has been given on the 3 occasions we have stayed here."

Lots of dust, chipping wall paint, stains in the fridge etc. And I had a minor noise issue, from a neighbour. But other than that, it was a nice, private stay in experience. And I think I’d stay there against"
