"Decent size car park. Good food menu with wide choice. Clean rooms and friendly staff. Location good for Falkirk attractions and town centre. Pleasant staff. We booked a basic room but there was no shelf in the en-suite to put your bathroom bits and pieces on. There was only one chair but we chose a basic room to keep costs down. Overall we had a very pleasant stay."

"Most staff were helpful,a member of restaurant gave a Fawlty towers experience very abrupt and had to be reminded of completing dinner order and getting the bill. Meal was amazing but very let down at breakfast which we didn't eat. Bar staff were super helpful. The room was adequate but could do with a yellow strip at high step as you entered in the courtyard rooms."

"Before I booked this accommodation I read the reviews. I didn't realise that they were all one nighters. It is a stop over hotel. It's not a hotel to stay for more than one night. The double room was the size of my kitchen. I had to keep putting the shower head to the floor because of the constant dripping. Could do with door dampers as the doors sounded like they were been slammed all night. Would I stay again ? Not a chance. Would I recommend this hotel ? Not a chance."

"Booking was easy, however, the writing was on the wall from early on during our stay. The cups in the room were ring stained, like they were washed out, not washed up. When we asked for a clean cup; rather than changing the dirty cup for a clean one, staff made a point of inspecting the cup and saying it was rinsed but maybe not scrubbed. Yeah, hence why it's dirty, because it's not been cleaned. Our first night was terrible. We were woken at about 0300 by other guests. The next 1.5 hours were...

"Needs improvement, hotel seems old. No elevator near my room and it was far from the entrance. What was amazing was the service, the lady in the night shift was very kind!"
