My room was quiet, clean and comfortable. Front desk folks were very nice. Breakfast is optional; I didn't partake. The hotel is very near to the airport and buses stop right in front.

Our trip arriving at 10pm was about 10 min without traffic. Our way back to airport was around 20 mins with moderate volume of traffic by the bottlenecking on entrance to airport. Overall, family room with bunkbed for my kids was fair

Good value hotel close to Terminal 5.Bus 703 stops directly outside of hotel both ways for £1.50. Hotel clean, modern and comfortable beds.Breakfast has lots of choice but found scrambled eggs and mushrooms bland. Good dining options of Italian and Thai pub opposite hotel.
