Staff was great. Very helpful. Front desk clerk at night lent us her phones power cord since our phones weren’t compatible to the outlets. The one in the morning was very helpful in making sure we caught the airport shuttle which is quite convenient right outside the lobby. Would highly recommend for a night or two when passing thru London.

The room was clean. However we couldn’t get the TV to connect to the internet and hair dryer didn’t work. The staff was good to get us a new dryer so that was ok. The toilet flushed weird…you had to press the button a few times to flush. Breakfast was alright. Great price and close to the airport! Overall, would recommend!

We stayed here before our flight. The staff was extremely helpful and gave tips on which bus route was best. My kids loved that they had their own bunk beds rather than sharing a bed! Also the restaurant right down the street had wonderful wood fired pizza.

This hotel is convenient to the airport, especially with a local bus stopping right in front, and a very reasonable price. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. We will continue to stay here when in London.
