"I booked with you for a.handicap room!!!! The two handicap rooms toilets did not work .Yes they put us on a suite but I had to use the publix hall bathroom that was handicapped. I had to wake my husband up in the middle of the night to help me when I needed the bathroom.I thought they would have switched us to the handicap room when the toilets were fixed. I never told the front desk that it was.fine I had to use the hall bathroom!!! Hotel .com represent this teri le hotel!!!!!"
