"The staff were terrific in every way. The grounds are exceptionally lovely gardens on the river. Plenty of room to sit by the water and relax. Parking is accessible to rooms. Cabins have charming decore. Other rooms are well laid out. Beds are comfortable. Breakfast room is welcoming and food is a good selection."

"I have stayed at this hotel previously. The first time i was impressed. This time was a bit different. I booked a king suite with a pull out couch for my grandson. Bed in couch mattress was 3 inches and not made. There was a sheet set to make it which i did. I went and pucked up more blankets from desk to put on mattress as i could feel the springs in frame when i tried laying on it. Lu kily my grandson of 16 is very light and was fine to sleep on it. Then at 11pm kids on floor above me were running back and forth and sounding like their parents were allowing them to jump off beds for a good hour. In morning at 830am went for breakfast, which was crazy crowded around a 4 ft long counter where utensils plates and all hot food was to be placed, yet there was no hot food no eggs no bacon or sausages. 20 minutes to wait for luke warm food. I went to put garbage in cans which were overloading therefore placed plates on counter. "

"It looks like it used to be an older motel and Hilton bought it and spruced it up a little bit. Aesthetically looks great, but when you see the bathroom, you can tell this was not a full reno done by Hilton. Bathtub is old and mildewy. The walls are repainted, hiding blemishes and probably hiding molds as well. Faucet hits the mirror. The A/C unit is from previous motel. There's also no elevator, so if you are a family, you'd have to ask for a room on the ground floor. Continental breakfast was included, though its a very small dining room and they are not quipped for that many bookings. We had to wait a long time for eggs, sausages, hash Brown's, and when they finally restocked, greedy patrons who were hogging the line, took multiple items, so had to wait even longer, and we settled for cereal and toast. Seats were scarce and parties of 2 were taking up the big tables. Was not a pleasant breakfast experience at all. With that said, staff were nice, some were sympathetic, and accommodating as well. Had it been more affordable, wed come back again."

"The room itself was nice. But the whole property is under construction right now. There is a moisture problem inside causing everything to feel damp. The staff were very nice. The young girl who checked us in was wonderful. They are certainly doing their best to accommodate people despite the renovations. They even prepared breakfast to go bags for us when we checked out. It's going to be beautiful when it's completed."

"Property was well situated. Very quiet. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was adequate. The three guest rooms are on the third floor and there are no elevators. Very quaint and all done electronically. No human interaction."
