Kitchen (oven, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, microwave, electric coffee machine) with dining table. Shower/WC. Heating, electric heating. Terrace 20 m2. Terrace furniture, deck chairs (4), box-room. Facilities: washing machine, iron. Please note: smoke alarm. Energy costs: 20 KW per day included in price.

Obiekt w miejscu cichym, spokojnym. Gospodarz uczynny, gościnny. Jest pomieszczenie na rowery. Przydało by się odświeżyć teren zieleni, zabudować bojler zamiast podgrzewacza przepływowego. ( duże wahania temperatury wody ) Dobra izolacja domu, pomimo wysokich temperatur przyjemny chłodek wewnątrz.

Dom jest super, ale jednak jest jeden duży minus; kabina w łazience jest z pewnością do wymiany. Osoby nieco bardziej przy ciele po prostu się w niej nie zmieszczą. Czemu nie zastosowano tu systemu, jaki jest powszechnie stosowany w Danii?

Bardzo fajny domek, położony w lesie sosnowym w pełni wyposażony. Cisza i spokój. Można się zrelaksować w tych chorych czasach. Do morza 15 minut jazdy rowerkami. Na pewno tam jeszcze wrócimy.
