"Access to the Snowflake lift is amazing! We have stayed in this building before and this is the reason we decided to stay here again.Unforuntely we were very dissapointed with this unit. This is listed as a 4 person however that is very incorrect. THe sofa bed is 100% not usable as a bed at all. The mattress is flat and springs are popping through, the cushions have lost their support and sink into the sofa. There is a futton style setup in the bedroom area that was used, as there was no other option. This also was very uncomfortable as the cushions have also lost their support and sinking. Our youngest son had to sleep in the bed with us. There was 3 towels, shower curtain is too small and water tends to spray out the sides slightly, microwave is broken, and the floors are overall dirty. Carpet is stained everywhere. We had to wipe the bath floors (tile) because the shower sprayed some water on the floors and the towel was very dirty when we wiped up the floors so it became unusable. Overall very dissapointed in the amount of money we paid per night for this unit. We knew the unit was on the smaller side, so that was expected, however the overall experience was upsetting.DO NOT RECOMMEND!"

"Great location and good facilities for Peak 9 lifts. Free shuttle to Gondola Connect. Walking distance to Main St. Perfect for individuals and family skiers. Parking extra but worth the hassle otherwise. Loved the free ski gear lockers. Location made the stress free ski experience for my family."

"Our first time in Breckenridge, and we had the best stay! The room was very clean. The location was steps from main street, the parking garaga was an added bonus. Another bonus was the views. The property and surrounding areas are so picturesque. Loved this property. Would stay here again! "

"Condo looks way bigger in the pictures and the rooms were either hot hot or cold with only adjusting the thermostat 1 or 2 degrees. Master toilet kept clogging up. Bed needs a new mattress or it’s just way too soft. Don’t get me wrong it’s a very nice place but……it was also very expensive. For that kind of money it should be pristine!!! "
