1 Bdrm and Loft, 2 BA Stonebridge Condo 727, Enclosed Loft & bonus room

This is one of our few dog Friendly units. One dog is allowed with the requirement that our Pet Policies Agreement is signed by the guest. There is an additional charge of a $150 non-refundable cleaning fee and $50 per night charge that will be due upon check-in if you bring your furry friend.

A unique feature of this unit is the fully enclosed loft, offering enhanced privacy that sets it apart from typical open loft spaces. Within the loft, there's even a separate bonus TV room, furnished with a comfortable sofa sleeper, a television, and a dresser, providing an additional area for relaxation or extra sleeping arrangements. After a thrilling day exploring the mountain, a warm and welcoming gas fireplace awaits, creating the perfect ambiance to unwind. For those who enjoy preparing their own meals, the fully equipped kitchen provides all the necessary tools and appliances to whip up a hearty breakfast before hitting the slopes or a delicious dinner after a day of adventure. Sleeping arrangements cater to various group sizes. The master bedroom features a king-sized bed. The enclosed loft area includes two double beds and there is a sofa sleeper in the bonus room. Professionally managed by an on-site local Snowmass team.

Offering the perfect location, Stonebridge Condominiums are ski-in/ski-out with the shops, restaurants, apres-ski and Tree House kids ski school at Base Village just a quick 3- minute walk away.

Enjoy a soak in one of our outdoor hot tubs or heated pool after an invigorating day on the slopes. Our workout facility includes men's and women's spa type locker rooms with dry saunas and steam rooms.

Complimentary shuttle service to and from the Aspen Pitkin County Airport as well around Snowmass Village is available during office hours.

Our on-site ski & snowboard shop has rental equipment for all levels of skiers & snowboards. No worries if you didn't rent your equipment from the shop, you can still store your skis or snowboards overnight and they will be waiting for you in the morning to click-in right from the shop and head down the mountain.

Please note that pets and smoking of any kind are not permitted at Stonebridge Condominiums.

One complimentary parking space per unit is provided.

Because summer temperatures usually drop significantly during the evenings, most residences in mountain resorts are not equipped with air conditioning including the Stonebridge Condominiums. Fans are provided for your comfort.
