The hotel is older but nice and clean. We had a late check in and the front desk person assisted us at 2am. We didn't stay long so we didn't use amenities. It's not a fancy place but it was what we needed.

The room was clean and inviting. The beds very comfortable. Staff friendly and accommodating. I liked that there was pen and notepad. The only drawback is not one I see they can do anything about...the walls are a bit thin so if rooms nearby are occupied, you can hear some noise, like an alarm going off. It's not super intrusive, but not super quiet either if that's important to you.

If you go in the summer, just know there is no AC. Not a big deal though! Staff were super cool. Let us use the pool before check in, made everything really easy, very friendly all around. Cutest front desk dog. Would come back!

Excellent friendly and helpful staff. Great location just a couple blocks from the ski hill with easy access to rentals nearby. Heated pool was great after a long day out and about. Breakfast had reasonable options. Extremely convenient access to the area free shuttle service (just a block away) between Snowmass and Aspen downtown. Rooms were dated but very clean and well maintained. Will definitely stay here again if we go back to Aspen area again! Great value for the area!
