This 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom top-floor condo has been recently renovated and features amazing ski-in, ski-out access to Snowmass Mountain. IN304 includes a spacious & private balcony overlooking Snowmass Ski Area, ski storage, a wood-burning fireplace, and covered parking. Don't forget about the on-site, 18-person hot tub, which is a perfect way to unwind after a full day of skiing or hiking. Featuring a king bed in the master bedroom, king bed in the second bedroom and two queen beds in the third bedroom, this unit sleeps up to eight people comfortably. We welcome you to join us for most relaxing mountain getaway for family or friends, regardless of the season.
Interlude 304 is located right off Snowmass Mountain, featuring incredible ski-in, ski-out access. Located in the heart of Snowmass Village, you are steps away from the Village Mall, the free bus route that goes back and forth into Aspen, hiking & biking trails and much more.
Guests will have sole access to their condo for the duration of their stay. Check-in time is 4:00pm, check-out time is 10:00am. Early check-ins and late check-outs are subject to availability and must be approved by Laurelwood front desk. On-site at Interlude, there is a newly built 18-person hot tub which a great way to unwind after a long day of skiing or hiking.
There is one covered parking space right below each condo. In the parking space, there is a storage shed that you may place belongings (skis, bikes, etc.) in for safe keeping. If you need parking for an additional vehicle, you may purchase a parking pass from the Laurelwood front desk for $20.00/day in the winter season. Additional parking is free in the summer and fall.
This condo includes a washer/dryer for guest use, but we ask that you bring your own detergent if you wish to use them. All linens, towels, hot tub towels are provided, and you can request more as needed. Please note, this property does not have A/C but box fans are provided in each bedroom closet and they are very effective in cooling the rooms down quickly.
We have a full-service front desk team that operates from 8:00am-9:00pm during the summer & winter seasons and 8:00am-5:00pm in the off-season. Our team is here to assist you with all requests to make sure your stay is the best it can be! In case of emergencies, we have an afterhours emergency answering service that guests can call to get in touch with an on-site manager. We are here to make your stay one to remember!

This unit was perfect for our family of 7. Very comfortable. The decor was fitting for the mountains. We really enjoyed the view of the mountain off our deck & all the people hiking & biking & the occasional wildlife. There were also plenty of games for all ages that were available. We would definitely recommend & stay here again.
We truly enjoyed our stay at Interlude 304. This was literally ski within feet, close to Snowmass Mall and super close to the free bus shuttle. The facility was clean, could sleep 6 easily, good amenities. Will be on my list of future options.
The beds were incredibly comfy! Had a great nights sleep, which is welcome after a hiking day. It is a large space, which we enjoyed. While the decorations/some furniture in the space are somewhat outdated, it was still a great accommodation for my family and overlooks the ski slope, which is especially great during the winter ski/snowboard season.
This condo was amazing. So quaint and cozy. Extremely clean. Location could not be better. So many things near by within walking distance. Beautiful view. We plan to book again.
It was our first visit to Snowmass which is just a short drive to Aspen. Snowmass as a spot was fantastic. A lot of the restaurants in walking distance were open in the summer which was great. If staying in the winter the condo has a perfect overlook of the slopes. The hot tub is right outside of the condo and was picturesque. Really loved our stay. Might have to come back here jn the winter.

We had an excellent weekend with friends at this SnowMass village condo! The condo was incredibly clean, well-maintained, and provided all the accommodations we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was absolutely ideal, placing us close to all of our planned weekend adventures. Whether we were hitting the trails, exploring the village, or enjoying local dining, everything was just a short distance away. The hosts were attentive and ensured we had everything we needed for a memorable stay. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to spend our weekend, and we look forward to returning in the future. Highly recommended!
Loved our stay here! Great view of the mountains, excellent location, beautiful space. Loved how light and bright it was. Such wonderful hosts - with very thoughtful touches, easy check-in with really nice people. The couch and beds were so comfy, very clean, and it had a very well-stocked kitchen. We LOVED this location and would definitely go back.
We loved our stay! Only point of awareness is that there is no central A/C (not a big deal bc it’s cool at night and there are fans, just caught us off guard). The management team was very responsive and helpful.
We enjoyed our stay in this condo. The proximity to the ski lift is almost unbeatable and the view is beautiful. We would have given this four stars, but the toilet in the master downstairs was broken and had to be manually flushed. The kitchen is a bit cozy for more than two people at a time. But the beds are comfortable and if you like rustic decor and accomdations, this is a great unit!
The location was perfect for a ski in ski out family stay.
We love the location and function but the condo needs some TLC and adequate kitchenware. I felt like we paid top dollar for a premier unit and didn’t get it based on 35 year old furniture and in adequate kitchenware. A 10,000-20,000 investment in this unit would go a long way

Location and view are first class as is the coziness. To have a well-working wood-burning fireplace is a real treat!
But bathrooms, kitchen, decor etc. are so old as to be substandard. Bathroom and kitchen carpets are filthy and should be immediately replaced with washable ones and washed after every guest stay.. Dishwasher only cleans with the "steem" button activated. Guests need to be made aware of that.
A towel service every third day should be offered.
