  • Beautiful view overlooking Sodus Bay. Walking distance to all that Sodus Point has to offer Water, Beach, Restaurants, Shops, Museum. This 4 bedroom 2 bath house can sleep up to 15 for the perfect family vacation. Sodus Point is a beautiful lake community with a sandy beach and access to enjoy all the water sports, fishing, hiking, or other recreational activities with an 18 hole public golf course just 5 minutes away.

    Guests to provide their own sheets, pillow cases, towels, soaps & paper products. (Inquire with owner for linen rental company that will deliver to vacation rental before check-in and pick-up after departure) based on $0.00 per stay

We stayed at Sodus bay view for Christmas weekend2025. The property was clean and was the perfect place for our family to “meet in the middle” for the holiday. The kitchen was very well equipped and had a nice assortment of glassware , pots pans and silverware. The beds were comfortable and even though we provided our own linens for each it didn’t deter from comfort or the over all experience. The water was HOT and shower pressure good. Nice view of the bay and neighborhood/beach. The dogs enjoyed long walks around before the snow blanketed the town. First floor bathroom and bedroom were a must for my elderly dad who joined in on the family fun.
