This comfortably furnished apartment is a bright and cozy home where you’ll immediately feel like you’re on vacation. With its private entrance, terrace overlooking the park, and three lovely bedrooms, this is a wonderful place for families, friends, or a couple who appreciate extra space. Inside, you’ll enjoy peace and comfort; outside, you’re just steps away from the forest and the sand drifts of the Soester Dunes.

Living, cooking, and relaxing on the first floor
Through your private entrance, you step into the bright living room, furnished with a cozy sitting area by the fireplace. This is the perfect spot to play a game together in the evening, pick up a book, or just relax with a cup of coffee. The seating area is set up to accommodate 4 people.

The open kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for a relaxing stay: a dishwasher, combination microwave, electric stovetop, Nespresso and filter coffee makers, a kettle, a toaster, and a full set of kitchenware for 6 people.

On the first floor, you’ll also find a bedroom with two single beds and a modern bathroom with a walk-in shower, toilet, and sink. From the living room, you step directly onto the patio, which features a patio table and chairs and offers a view of the green park. Perfect for breakfast in the morning sun or a drink at the end of the day.

Cool and comfortable basement
The basement (the lower level with natural light) features two spacious bedrooms, both with two single beds. One bedroom has extra-long beds (80 × 210 cm).

You’ll also find practical amenities here, such as a washing machine, dryer, vacuum cleaner, mop, ironing board, and iron. Ideal for longer stays or guests with children.

In total, the home has three bedrooms with sleeping accommodations for 6 people. The living room is optimally furnished for 4 people; additional chairs can be provided upon request.

Plenty of privacy in a cozy double vacation home
The Toronto Comfort Home is part of a charming double vacation home. You’ll rent the first floor and the basement, both with their own entrances. The upper part of the house is rented separately to a maximum of two people and has its own private entrance via an outdoor staircase. This ensures that everyone has their own privacy and living space.

This accommodations are perfect for guests seeking peace and comfort in a natural setting. Moreover, thanks to its central location, attractive cities such as Amersfoort, Utrecht, Amsterdam, and other tourist attractions are quick and easy to reach. The area is full of beautiful hiking and biking trails and great restaurants where you can relax and enjoy yourself after an active day.
The vacation home is located at the 't Eekhoornnest bungalow park.
The rental includes linens (made-up beds), towels, dish towels, and a cookware set.
A crib or high chair can be provided free of charge upon request. Please let us know in advance.

This accommodations are only suitable for vacation guests and not for work groups.

You have 1 reserved parking space within walking distance of the accommodation for standard-sized cars. If you have a bus, please contact us first.

House Rules:
We warmly welcome you in advance and would like to thank you for choosing our vacation home.

We expect that during your stay, the property will be kept clean and treated with respect. To ensure clarity, we would like to draw your attention to the following house rules:

-Please check the inventory list and the cottage for any damage within 24 hours of arrival. Otherwise, any unreported damage or missing items may be charged to you upon departure.

-Bedding is required for all pillows and comforters used.

-All accommodations are strictly non-smoking. The use of deep fryers without properly functioning odor filters is also prohibited. If we determine that an open deep fryer has been used or that smoking has occurred in your room, an additional €250.00 will be charged for the cleaning of the curtains and furniture in your accommodation.

-It is prohibited to dispose of sanitary pads, frying oil, and other fats down the drain due to the use of sewage pressure pumps. If this is discovered, the tenant will be held responsible for the cleaning costs.

-Moving beds and cabinets is only permitted in consultation with and with the assistance of our staff to prevent unnecessary damage.

-It is not permitted to install satellite dishes on or near the residences.

-Pets are not allowed in this accommodation.

-It is prohibited to attach nails, thumbtacks, tape, glue, or similar items to the walls or furniture.

-Open consumption of alcohol is strictly prohibited. Except on your own patio, walking around the park with a bottle of alcoholic beverage is not tolerated. If we find guests outside the bungalow who are intoxicated, we reserve the right to remove that person from the park. Drugs are prohibited throughout the entire park.

-Open fires are prohibited both on and off the park grounds. As long as the government has not issued a Code Orange, barbecuing on the patio of your cottage is permitted. Check the information channel to see if barbecuing is allowed.

- You can dispose of your household waste—including plastic bags, paper, cardboard, and glass—in the designated containers behind the wooden doors to the left of the parking garage entrance.

- Our guests come here primarily for peace and quiet. We therefore ask that you keep noise to a minimum. After 11:00 PM, no noise may be audible outside your accommodation.

Any damage to the accommodation and/or the furnishings and/or decorations therein, or the theft thereof, will be charged immediately to the person responsible or the person jointly and severally liable.

Upon departure:
- The property must be vacated by 10:00 a.m. on your departure day.
- Trash in and around your bungalow must be taken to the trash containers. You can dispose of household waste, paper/cardboard, and glass in the containers at the recycling area.
- Make sure the fireplace is emptied and that the trash can, stovetop, and combination microwave are clean (i.e., free of baked-on grease).
- Leave the floor swept clean
- The furniture must be returned to the same places where it was found upon arrival
- The dishes must be clean and dry and stored in the cabinets
