The room was really nice and clean, staff were helpful and breakfast was great. House keeping was only after the 3rd night which was disappointing

Nice clean room, friendly staff. One minus point, there is no outside covered area for the smokers. I know they are a dying breed but to pretend they don’t exist is not cool.

You can browse the exhibits at National Military Museum, a museum with a storied past, during your trip to Soest. You can seek out the biking trails while in the area.
Play a round of golf at Golfpark Soestduinen and enjoy other activities in Soestduinen such as biking. Amble around the area's forest or visit its cathedral.
After visiting Stellingkorenmolen De Windhond, make a plan to see the other sights and activities in Soest. You can seek out the biking trails while in the area.
Honestly there is no reason for any person traveling around the Netherlands / looking to visit Utrecht to ever step foot in Soest. It is an isolated suburban town with limited transport options. It will take you 40 minutes to reach Utrecht centraal.
