Loved the architecture and interior elements. It was a luxurious stay. Also loved the food and the staff. We ended up staying indoors for all our meals and trying out the different restaurant/bar options on the property. They did not disappoint!

New hotel wirh large rooms, friendly staff, good wifi, breakfast. Only issue was the air pollution in Delhi, which by Day3 had penetrated the room, slight smell of smoke, perhaps the air filters couldnt keep up. Would stay again though.

It is the best Hotel in Gurgaon located at an amazing place; and just adjacent to some the best restaurants in town. Khyati in guest relations who was there all the way taking care of all our small and big requests; Jia with the allotment of a room with a great view; Chef Ajit who always was innovating with his dishes and made us taste some of his amazing creations; and Ankit and Ivy at the restaurant who made our dining experiences special. Special thanks to Soumajit and Pushp.

Angels at 2:30 am!

I have to thank the Night Manager, Sushma and Security, Harish who were on duty on May 5 at around 2:30 am. Our group, had a successful fashion show the evening of May 4. After the show, we packed 16 suitcases before we could go back to our rooms to pack own our personal suitcases for our flight the same day. Once I reached my room, I realized I did not have my body bag with me! It contained my passport, credit cards, driver's license, cash and other valuables. I tried to trace my steps and remembered leaving it at the basement where we did our hair & make-up. Before I could start panicking, I got a call from Sushma with a reassuring question, "Ma'am, by any chance, are you missing your bag?" I was almost in tears and she asked my permission if she could go to my room and personally deliver my bag to me. Sushma and Harish arrived a few minutes later and gave me my bag! She asked if we needed anything else, I told her we didn't have time to eat dinner due to the timing of the show and all outlets were closed by the time we finished packing the collection. It was also the birthday of our dresser/assistant who we didn't have a chance to sing to, we couldn't find even just a small cup cake for her. Sushma came back with server, Ayushmita with a small birthday cake! Now, this is what I call BEST SERVICE! THANK YOU Sushma, Harish and Ayushmita for making our tired selves feel so taken cared of! You are the best!

The hotel is not finished yet. They are still working. There is only one restaurant in the hotel and it looks more like a canteen than a normal restaurant. In my opinion this is the weakest Hyatt hotel I've ever been.

My recent stay at Grand Hyatt was mostly good. The staff was helpful, and breakfast was amazing. The rooms were excellent, and the property was stunning. However, shower taps were faulty, and basic amenities like toothbrushes and toiletries were limited for a couple. Network issues and rushed check-out calls were bothersome. Improve amenities and address maintenance for a better experience.
