Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities
Dreadful hotel. I am surprised Expedia represents this trash! The worst hotel I have ever visited. They gave the two women in or group of 5 the worst rooms: No lift. No wifi. No working telephone. No toilet paper. No towels. Demanded a change of room. Slightly better but filthy. Soiled sheets. Soiled bathroom. 2 months worth d thick dust on the floor. The access road to parking was horrendous. Even our local Indian drivers refused to tackle them!. SO steep and dangerous, simply not made clear on site. By keeping this hotel on your books, YOUR reputation is being tarnished, Expedia. Truly the worst hotel I have visited in well over 1,000 in my life. Remove it, or lose credibility.
