Easy access to the hot tub and pool - both overlooking the same heavenly views. Best of all, you have direct access and a private entrance to the stunning beach - mostly visited by the locals - at the foot of the cliffs. The Space:

- This condo is on the ground floor with very easy garage access. There are no steps between the parking spot(s) and the front door.

- We are also an end-unit with just the one bedroom, so our condo is slightly larger/wider than the other ocean front one bedroom units, which also gives us a slightly wider view of the ocean.

- The beach below is a swimmable beach and is also a great spot for surfing. Very nice sand.

- There are self-pay washer and dryers in the complex so you won't need to go find a laundromat elsewhere.
