Front staff was simply charming, friendly and over the top understanding to our plight....we arrived 5 hours early for check in. It was raining, 8C degrees and miserable. Wonderful front staff took pity on us and checked us in early so we could warm ourselves and rest. She was a lifesaver. "

"Kitchen is excellent - so nice to have a kettle for tea and a big refrigerator that actually works well!! Much appreciated. Could you please consider having one more chair in the room and take away the rickety little café-chair? There is a good desk and good table, but nowhere to sit and work for longer than a few minutes and nowhere to sit and relax for a while. You used to have soft chairs and and a chair for working on my laptop. Please bring those back."
