Sollies-Pont. Superb and recent villa of 130 m² located 1 km from the center of this small Provencal town, capital of Fig. Between the Mediterranean and authentic Provence, Sollies-Pont is part of the Gapeau Valley, renowned for its hills, its green and refreshing countryside that surrounds the tourist centers of the Var. We like to come and relax, visit the typical Provencal villages as well as museums, chapels, historical monuments, natural wonders, vestiges of an ancient past, well-established traditions, taste local products without forgetting to take advantage of the many festivities that punctuate summer. Hyères and Toulon are 15 kms away and you can enjoy their many beaches.

Villa on 2 levels planted with olive trees, some of which are over a hundred years old, on 1,750 m² of enclosed land. Electric gate.

American kitchen open to living room opening onto terrace, bedroom (double bed), bathroom, separate wc.
Upstairs:
3 bedrooms (2 double beds, 1 single bed), 2 of which open onto the terrace, shower room with wc.

The villa is equipped with air conditioning.

Private swimming pool of 4 X 8 m with outdoor shower.

Sehr schönes Haus mit tollen Grundstück

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in diesem Haus mit dem schönen, großen Grundstück. Das Haus war gut ausgestattet mit allem was man benötigt. Die Bilder sind leider teils nicht aktuell, so dass deutlich mehr Ausstattung vorhanden ist, z.B eine Senseo und auch Filterkaffeemaschine, Sonnenschirm und weitere Liegen im Gartenhaus. Ein Backofen ist auch vorhanden. Auf dem Grundstück sind sehr viele schöne Pflanzen, welches mit auch Freude machte diese täglich zu wässern. Den Pool reinigten wir auch fast täglich, da der Vermieter nicht am Hause wohnt. Hierzu hatte er uns eine kurze Einweisung an der Pool Pumpe gegeben. Ebenso wann wir wieviel Chlor nachlegen sollten. Der Pool geht von flach bis tief runter und hat eine schöne Sitzkante am Eingang. Das Grundstück liegt sehr ruhig, auch zu den Nachbarn hin. Völlige Entspannung. Ein sehr schönes Haus mit Pool und Garten inkl. Alter Olivenbäumen und Weinreben…. Wir waren mit 4 Erwachsenen und 3 Jugendlichen, welche sich auch sehr über das gute Internet/ Wlan freuten. Als einmal der Sonnenschirm kaputt war kam der Vater vom Vermieter und tauschte diesen am folgenden Tag aus. Danke an Robert und Sohn

Maison Solliès pont

Très belle maison cadre exceptionnel idéale pour le farniente ! Malgré la faible distance compliqué de rejoindre la côte et ses plages Entretien piscine et extérieur de la maison à la charge du locataire donc très contraignant. Une prise en charge par le propriétaire ou une personne extérieure serait la bienvenue

Un super séjour au calme avec un superbe jardin

Une belle maison très bien entretenue avec tout le confort et la climatisation mais surtout un très très beau jardin avec une belle piscine et de magnifiques oliviers centenaires. Maison très calme sur un chemin privé et un voisinage discret. Propriétaire sympathique et très réactif à nos demandes. Nous reviendrons.

Très belle maison au calme avec de très belles prestations modernes!! Il manquait néanmoins une bouilloire et un grille pain. De très charmants propriétaires. Très belle piscine avec son salon de jardin et sa douche extérieur Endroit très calme et reposant avec un agréable chant des cigales Intérieur parfaitement climatisé.

Super vakantie in een heel mooi huis

Aangezien het huis de week voor ons vrij was konden we al om 10:00 inchecken van de eigenaar. De man was zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Het huis zelf had alles , een goed werkende airco , mooie ruime en zeer klare living. Slaapkamers waren ook mooi en ruim. Buiten was het gewoon genieten aan het zwembad van 4 bij 8 meter en de zeer ruime tuin met buitendouche . Ook ruim voldoende tuinmeubels aanwezig. Huis is een echte aanrader voor wie een vakantie wil om tot rust te komen en de stranden zijn op een goeie 20 minuten bereikbaar met de auto
