Personnel accueillant."

Not sure what style they were trying to convey No complaints just a little odd"

"The front desk staff were very polite and friendly until I told them my pregnant wife was very sick and we needed to head to Toulouse. I was hoping a gesture of GoodWill would've been offered as we did not stay the length of time. Sadly, they were rude and beligerant."
