"The entire hotel, from reception to the room, represented the “hygge” vibe of Copenhagen. The children play area/ game room was perfect to pass time as we waited for check-in and catered to children and teens. The pool and sauna were calm and relaxing. Just as beautiful as pictured on the website. The Sushi restaurant on the rooftop allowed for a beautiful view. The food, delicious. Breakfast had many options and fresh food. The staff was always kind, helpful, and friendly. The hotel itself is located within walking distance of train station, Tivoli Gardens, and Harbour Bay for a quick cold plunge. Our family of four, 9 and 17 year old included, absolutely loved our stay and want to return!"
