In response, an employee named Javi was sent to our room, but he only provided fresh towels. When we requested full service, he informed us that his 'boss told him not to' clean or make the bed. We were forced to contact the desk a second time to have the service completed correctly. Despite my wife expressing our serious concerns regarding these repeated lapses, the front desk staff failed to offer a satisfactory solution. "

"The room isn't fancy but it is spacious and clean. The hotel is right in the middle of town so it is a short walk from everything. I enjoyed the limited breakfast items but I did hit up the local market for yogurt and fresh fruit. The pool and jacuzzi were very clean and enjoyable. I would definitely stay at this hotel again. "
