"The worst experience I ever had, according to them every time you go into the pool, the pool was under maintenance and the hot tub was under maintenance. They never opened the hot tub on the weekend. The only reason we reserved in this hotel is because of the hot tub as you guys know Chicago weather is cold and we’re looking for the hot tub so what happen is every time we come into the hot tub? It’s always under maintenance or close I would like to remind everyone that this is what’s happening...
