"The house was perfect for our family. We were in town for Princeton graduation, so the whole family (including 80 year old grandparents) stayed at the house. Having a bedroom and bathroom on the main entrance level of the house worked out perfectly. Our newly married oldest son and his wife also stayed, so having a basement bedroom that they could close the door at the top of the stairs and have some privacy worked well also. In short, this house, though a little older, with a split level layout, worked perfectly for our group."
