The housekeeping staff was outstanding. The check in and concierge staff were great. The bar staff was service was so terrible, we ended up leaving. Sat there for 10 mins, bartenders were behind the bar but didn’t acknowledge us.

The main pool was lovely and had a great bar and really good food, but the spa pool was terribly understaffed. The check in took a long time and they couldn’t access our Expedia reservation so we had to wait an extra 2 hours before we could get in our room. At Sante Azucena was a fabulous waitress and the food was great.

We had a wonderful friends weekend in sonoma. Mainly the hotel was really great - comfy beds, clean bathrooms and wine offered upon check in. We had a cabana at the pool and after a few hours, we discovered one of the cabana chairs was covered in ants. Very little was done to help remedy (we removed the towels and ultimately the wicker chair) and we were still charged the full amount for the cabana rental which was disappointing. Would still return to the hotel and stay, I'd just keep a more watchful eye!

There was no access to the spa pools unless I paid an additional fee. I expected that the resort fee would include access to those pools since the resort fee stated pool access as part of that fee. Since I came here to use those pools this ruined my 75th birthday celebration. I am extremely upset and unhappy with my stay at this resort. I also was told I would get birthday gift, never received it!,
