"Excellent hotel, with a beautiful Spa/Welness facility. We had a room on the south side of the building, apparently without airco. That was not that convenient, however both windows could be opened full! We had 2 nights with dinner in buffet style, that is certainly not something we will take again, the first evening the service was ok, but the second evening, the plates of the first dish where still on the table and it was difficult to order a drink. The food was ok, but certainly not value for...

"The apartment is located on the ground floor of property with the host living upstairs. It’s completely separated and you have direct access to the garden and views of the Rhine. The apartment was spotlessly clean and very well equipped and the hosts were very accommodating and willing to help and suggest things. Nothing was too much trouble for them. We had a wonderful 6 days stay and will definitely be back again."
"Marco checked us in, showed us to our room, and explained everything in the room. We had a beautiful view of the river and castle from our balcony. The restaurant food was great and Marco also took our order and sat down with us and answered every question about the area. The absolute best service I've ever had!!! "The apartment was a lovely layout and in great condition. The garden was beautiful and we really enjoyed using the pool. Monika and Klemens were friendly and helpful hosts. We hired a car from Mainz and enjoyed taking day trips. We would love to come back next year!"
