Property condition and room excellent. Feels new and fresh! Car a necessity. Service team mediocre, many not speaking English at all. Staff frequently indifferent and somewhat impolite to guests including me, by both US and European standards. Perhaps no such interaction training. (I stayed 5 nights.)

The hotel is integrated into a new complex built around the rail station. The station itself was renovated less than 10 years ago and the hotel appears even newer than that. Palazzo Della Rosa Prati is a charming, centuries old building located in the heart of the historic center of Parma. We had a two bedroom deluxe suite which was actually an apartment with a full kitchen and washing machine. The building is old, but the interior is modern, clean and comfortable. The staff are amazing. They helped us with dinner reservations and even arranged a cooking class for us. I highly recommend this hotel.

We flew for business purposes and have stayed here before and loved it. It is close to where our meetings were and have stayed here twice now and will continue to stay there for future meetings. Wow! What a little jewel this place turned out to be. Large, clean, beautiful, low-cost room. First, this is a very different cost-effective hotel experience. There is no 'front desk', and no staff save for a couple of cleaning folks you may or may not see. Beautiful spaces, the rooms are spacious and very clean with a touch of history (in a classy way). Breakfast is great. Personnel is very courteous and attentive. Fully recommended.
