l'hôtellerie ne correspond pas à un 4 étoiles

Déçus,on voit mal la 4ème étoile : manque de personnel à la réception, pas de bouteille d'eau dans la chambre, téléphone sans aucune information pour contact avec la réception ou autre, bonde lavabo défaillante, avons dû demander du gel lavant pour les mains car vide, inconfort inacceptable pour un adulte du canapé, pas de slippers ou autre pour cette catégorie d'hôtel. On voit qu'il n'y a pas d'effort à faire pour l'hôtellerie mais service réactif suite à nos remarques. Par contre, beau cadre du restaurant et rien à redire sur la restauration.

Super hébergement!!! Restaurant, terrasse , piscine tout est super jolie, propre avec un service incroyable. Les chambres sont aussi très bien, propre mais l’air climatisé était un peu faible. Je recommande très certainement!

Mooi hotel, mooi zwembad en buitenterras, binnen ook mooi sfeertje. Eten is prima. Jammer dat er 2 dames bij de receptie waren die geen Engels konden. Zeker het jongere personeel zou je verwachten dat ze Engels kunnen spreken. Hotel zeker een aanrader, wel de rekening goed nakijken bij het uitchecken (vragen om de bonnen van de dingen die je genuttigd hebt), dat scheelde ons 124,-

Lendroit et tres original. Le service et excellent au restaurznt nous avons super bien manger et la chalbre etait super . Sauf le canaper lit les enfant on tres mala dormie dommage . Peut etre revoir la litterie des canaper .

Svårt att finna hotellet även med GPS. Mycket tråkig omgiving. Bra service vid reception. Trendig och läcker matsal och bar. Stort och bra rum. Bra middagsmat men seg service.Riklig frukost men dålig kontroll på vad som tog slut.

Je ne recommande pas cet hôtel! La propreté dans la chambre est à revoir... Téléphone de chambre avec des miettes de pains.. La literie et les oreillers inconfortable et beaucoup de nuisances sonores! Le petit déjeuner en chambre une honte!! Photo ci dessous Seul compliment c’est le restaurant rien à dire très bon!

Très bon sejour. Juste le début du service a été un peu mitigé, le serveur a mis presque 30 min pour nous amener les apéros, leau et le pain . Le reste du repas et la qualité des produits ont rattraper le début !
