This property is located in walking distance to the city center as well as as amazing restaurants and shops. The property itself is beautiful and well maintained. The staff were extremely helpful. The manager Teresa was a breath of fresh air. She recommended tours and restaurants that were excellent and ensured we had everything we needed. They have an amazing breakfast buffet and the staff were very attentive. The hotel decor is modern and beautiful including the pool area. I would highly recommend this hotel.

We had such a wonderful stay at Hotel Capri! Everything was amazing from start to finish. The hotel was beautiful, comfortable, and in a great location (very walkable), and the staff made our stay feel very welcoming. They were able to make recommendations and help with transportation. The breakfast was especially impressive — there was a huge spread with so many choices each morning, and everything was fresh and delicious. Our only small complaint was that the pool was very cold, so it was a little difficult to enjoy even on a nice day. Other than that, we truly loved our stay and would absolutely recommend Hotel Capri to anyone visiting Sorrento.

Great property. Has everything you need for your stay in Sorrento. Across from probably the best pizzeria in Sorrento, a very short walk to the main piazza. Staff was beyond polite and helpful at all times. Rooms are clean and modern, and the pool is just a little bonus to cool off with, clean and very well maintained as well. Overall great value. Thank you guys!

The hotel staff were all friendly, helpful & welcoming, especially Teresa. The breakfast spread was great. The pool was lovely but could use a few more loungers. The room was a good size, recently refurbished along with the rest of the hotel & clean. One thing the rooms could do with though was a bit more storage - a couple of shelves or some bedside drawers. Lovely stay at this hotel & would definitely recommend.
