The owner Claudio went out his way to make our stay the best, with great recommendations on restaurants, and due to a rail strike he helped with finding us alternative transportation to Naples so we wouldn’t miss our train to Rome. The location is perfect within the town center making everything an easy walk. The rooms are very clean with maid service every day.

Claudio was an amazing host at this quaint and conveniently located hotel. He went out of his way to help us have a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The manager, Claudio, was incredibly helpful when we lost our luggage on the way out. Nothing was too much trouble. The hotel was in a really convenient place to access all of Sorrento's delights. Definitely a great choice!

Very comfortable accommodation the only issue was the bathroom was a bit tight in the positano room. Also there is no elevator so plan accordingly. Very close to Piazza Tasso and convenient to shopping and dining

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Magnolia. Claudio was the most helpful and hospitable host we’ve ever had. He showed us around Piazza Tasso, which is a 30 second walk from the room, and introduced us to the owners of his favorite restaurant in Sorrento just an hour off our plane. (he let us shower and freshen up first.) You should book this hotel based off Claudio and the location alone, but you can trust it will be clean and comfortable as well. It’s also a great price. Couldn’t recommend enough.

Claudio was our host and was very friendly and had lots of suggestions for things to do. He directed us to two fabulous family restaurants. One restaurant was very close. He walked with us and introduced us to the husband and wife team. We loved Stefanos playlist…which was heard in every room. We also loved the food and went back the next day. The hotel room was sufficient and clean. The entrance to the property is a large metal gate because this is also the family home. This small hotel has seven rooms and in a great location for walking most places. But if you need a ride, Taxi service is outside across the street. It was an excellent choice for us.

Claudio was Awesome! He went out of his way to make sure my wife and myself were taken care of. He went out of his way several times in regards to our comfort. The property is in the middle of everything. Couldn’t ask for a better stay and customer service. He actually saved us due to my error on stay dates! He will return and stay with him for sure. Clean and comfortable. Thanks you so much Claudio!
