Located in the heart of the restaurant and shopping district. Staff was communicative prior to arrival and provided clear instructions regarding check in and where to park our rental car. The property itself is beautiful and comfortable. If you are looking for a modern chic hotel, this is not it. If you want to stay in a historic, authentically Italian, building this spot is for you. We enjoyed our stay and would stay here in the future if we ever return to Sorrento.

Room was so spacious and clean. I loved the pillows. Our room could get a little loud since it was above a shopping area but great location despite being a little loud. If our balcony door was shut it blocked out the sound. Delicious breakfast and super helpful staff. Great location. Bathroom could use some new fixtures but it was fairly clean.

NIGHTMARE…our room was 84 degrees every night!! AC TERRIBLE!!! The front desk people did not care…we were told thats as cool as it gets. We used hand held fans just to have a little relief. The bathroom was even hotter no ventilation… well over 87 degrees. We got no sleep! The lights would flicker, I was afraid of an electrical fire. They were doing construction work on the property, woke up to power tools at 8am. Breakfast was just ok. They would only leave 2 bath towels even though they knew we had 3 people in the room. We stayed there 3 miserable nights. We were glad to get out of there and get to Positano where we had working AC and the room had a portable unit in case of emergency. Our room was only $150 more for 4 days!
