"The hotel is in an excellent condition and I was very pleasantly surprised with how big it is inside. The staff were very friendly and helpful and more so, as I was celebrating a special occasion with my boyfriend, when we walked into the bedroom we were greeted with a bottle of champagne and cheesecake on the table and the bed was beautifully decorated with a towel swan and floral petals. I was so in awe it was the most wonderful surprise. So a huge thank you to the team for making our stay so special. We will definitely be back again soon! "

"St Martins Lane is in a very walkable location, which was convenient for exploring London. The staff was friendly and welcoming during my stay. However, the overall atmosphere felt dark and a bit outdated for my taste. My room was also quite cold, which made it less comfortable than I had hoped. The space felt gloomy, and I was looking for something brighter and more inviting. While others may enjoy the style, it just was not the right fit for me."

"It's best to think of this as a step up from a pod hotel. I've traveled extensively in Europe and I'm used to tiny hotel rooms, but the thing about this was how little floor space there was, especially because there was nowhere to store bags. A backpack, a carry-on suitcase, shoes, and you've pretty much covered the floor. The bathroom has no places to hang anything. Etc. If you're okay with that, it's a very good place! If I'd known I might have at least been better prepared for it. But it is clean and functional and works well and is superbly located."
