Spotlessly clean, warm and welcoming

Very nice hotel, spotlessly clean! Was perfect for our needs and we had loads of room for four adults in our room. Breakfast was generous and delicious. Staff were friendly and helpful. Great bathroom and shower.

Superb.

Probably the cleanest hotel room I've ever been in. I've been in a good few. Beautifully decorated and lots of little touches that impress. Kyriad are usually good. This one was the best.

Great stopover hotel. Super clean.

Overnight stopover for our family. Had a lively family room. Super clean and lots of facilities. Chinese buffet/take away next door was great. Definitely a place to go. Breakfast was good. Lady on reception desk was ever so helpful

I am a tour guide and visited many places and stayed at many different hotels and I can say with confidence that this hotel and its facilities were exceptional. The room I stayed in was very clean,there were several amenities I have not seen at any other hotels, such as a razor,comb,toothbrush. The location was close to dowtown and there is a Lidl right acoss the hotel. I can reccomened this hotel to anyone who wishes to stay in Rouen.

Nice location if you are just using it as an quick overnight stop It was expensive for 1 family room, only breakfast available no other amenities.

Look forward to the customer service from Hotels

Booked this room with Hotels.com. Made a mistake with the check in date. Instead January 21st, I booked by mistake the night of February 21st. Drove to the hotel on January 21st and the Hotel front desk responsible said the hotel would not charge for the mistake. Look forward for a refund.

Totally disorganised

We came for breakfast at 09.20 to find there was nothing left. We asked the girl looking after breakfast about some food. She told us it was finished. Breakfast is supposed to be available until 10.00 am. We were not the only ones upset about this as we had paid for breakfast, but nothing was available. I would like a refund for the breakfast that we paid for but never received.

リーズナブルに宿泊できました。街の中心部からは少し離れています。車があれば、待ちの中心まで近いです。産業地区の幹線道路沿いにあるので、車通りが多く、ホテルの前の道は通勤時間帯は渋滞します。 駐車場は便利で広さも十分でした。 道の反対側にスーパーマーケットがあり便利です。 部屋が明るくて、清潔でした。部屋にいてるポットの中にカルキの塊でたくさん入っていました。 朝ごはんはおいしかったです。
