"We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Riad Karmela. The staff, including Fatima Ezzarha, both our drivers, everyone working at breakfast and generally around the hotel were so kind and hospitable. They went out of their way to make sure we had a comfortable stay and support with delayed baggage and our very curious young son. Fatima Ezzarha, who had her hands full multi-tasking the entire time we were there, was so calm and helpful - she made us feel like we were the only and most important guests in the hotel. "Friendly staff upon arrival. Room was equipped with extra blankets, hairdryer and cold water sink. I was given a towel at check in. Shared shower and bathrooms very conveniently located and easy access. The place was clean and centrally located just off the square. Highly recommend . "
