"Had a great 3 night stay. We were right beside the pool. Pool was well maintained. I think the kiddos enjoyed being in the pool more then they liked the beach. Hotel is great walking distance to restaurants, shops, and the beach. Room was clean and staff were friendly. Now I will say if you are someone who wants peace and quite this is not the stay for you. This is a family friendly hotel and kids love to swim but it was pretty quite by 10 or 11 pm."

"Great location, clean rooms, friendly staff. Would have given it a 5 star but parking was horrible. The spots are to close together. To the point my husband had to get in the passenger seat and crawl over to the driver seat because you could not even walk between our car and the one next to us. The spaces have little to no room to get in and out of the car."

"This condo was very spacious with plenty of room for our family of 4 that prefer separate beds. It is located right in the middle of several shops, bars and restaurants so can be a bit noisy at night, but you are close to everything including the Beach. We had a minor problem with the dishwasher while there and after texting the host we were able to resolve it in minutes. The queen bed needs a new mattress, major indentation in the middle. I would recommend this condo for a group that’s looking to be close to the beach and right in the middle of the action."

"We booked a family suite to have more space. Our tv did not work, the sink would not drain, the sofa was so filthy that I took one of the extra bedspreads off an unused bed to cover it. The office staff tried to get the tv working and after lots of plunging the sink remained clogged. The office staff moved us to a smaller room. The sink immediately clogged in it but after we requested a plunger, we got it working. The pictures are not accurate. The building, furniture, and fixtures are extremely run down. I am no diva and can deal with an old building as long as it is CLEAN but this one was not clean. I was not refunded the difference that I paid for the family suite vs the regular room. The location was great. The staff was super nice."

"There is no pool access although the 2 lower units have access to a private pool on 17th st. The view is amazing. There are beach chairs and umbrellas in closet although the company offers to rent them as well. Overall the place was clean and conveniently located to everything in Tybee. The location worked out great because the ocean was rough and we were able to easily walk around the bend to the river inlet/ bay side where the water was not as rough. The sunrises are beautiful. There is a big Crack in the top of the main door that probably let's out a lot of AC. So thankful I don't have to pay the power bill there. Overall great relaxing place to stay."
