"Horrible rooms (yes rooms) our first room clearly didnt get clean before we stayed there and our second room seemed like it was just cleaned to shut us up."

"The hotel needs a makeover. For $250+ a night it should’ve been better. The cleaning staff need to step up their game. I pored water in the coffee pot n ran it thru and the water came out nasty. There was even a hair in it. The floors need mopping. The bathroom needs lighting and an overhaul. The mini fridge leaks inside. Water all inside. The bathroom door would not shut. The bed slept great and the TV was nice. The location is great. Right on the beach. Near the pier and stores. I would return simply bc of the location. "

"Staff was friendly and room was pet friendly. This was a family trip to the beach. The property was within walking distance to the beach. We were in room 19. The sidewalk was outside of our room. Due to this, we heard everyone walk past our room, even had a few times where it sounded like someone ran into our door. All other rooms were within the property (I don't recommend staying in room 19). The beds were suitable. The floors were dirty and needed to be cleaned. Breakfast was not included. For a pet friendly trip, this was acceptable. There was a table with 4 chairs, a microwave, and mini fridge in the room."

"Condo was the best location, beach view , sunrise every morning ! Close to so many shops . Well stocked with EVERYTHING you could need. Paul & Mary were wonderful to work with . Highly recommend their condo for a stay at Tybee !!! "

"If you’re looking for fantastic views, this is the place! Sit on your balcony with your coffee in the morning. Watch the waves on the ocean. The boardwalk is just a few feet away for walks on the beach. The weather was fantastic while we were there and there are many great restaurants within walking distance. The condo itself is adorable, although it’s much older than the pictures show. It could use a little updating. Especially the en suite bathtub area. The downside of this unit, which was on the third floor, is that you have to climb those stairs! Great exercise but not convenient if you have to take a dog out several times a day. However, if you’re on the lower level you don’t get the views we had. We loved Tybee island and are already planning next years vacation!"
