"We were given a room with the stench of mold. It was nauseating. The room was badly maintained and so were the windows where cobwebs and bird droppings had accumulated and not been cleaned at all. The staff were quite rude and only after pleading did they agree to move us into another room which had lesser mold smell. Overall, the experience was very unpleasant!!!"
