The Front Desk staff was very helpful when assigning our room. They made sure we were in a quiet room on the back side of the building since we were traveling and needed to get good rest before a 3:45am wake-up call. The Inn is very convenient if you have an early morning flight out of Burlington airport. Check in the night before and park your car, have a nice dinner at the Windjammer restaurant, and then take the shuttle to airport. Upon your return, call the Inn and the shuttle will pick you up. Staff were very helpful.

The staff that I met when I checked in was awesome. I was feeling super sick and he got me to my room immediately. When k checked out the next AM no issues and even though it was 11:40 i got a ride to the airport. I usually get names but didnt this time.

I actually didn't have a pet i guessi accidently booked a pet driemdly room. The staff at the front desk ate very informative and gavee a lot of imformation should i need to stay again!
