"Rooms: Automated lighting and blinds that remember the last setting. Black out options as well as privacy. Numerous lighting options and switch access within the room does make a difference. Large bed with soft bedding. Big TV loaded with an array of films in English. Nice separate bathroom and wardrobe, room is spacious and equipped with complimentary water and capsules. Cleaning lady Alice was friendly. Extensive hotel supper menu that is also fully available for in-room eating. Variety of seating areas and facilities meant I didn't feel confined to my room. stylish bar, cafe and breakfast area so the stay doesnt feel repetitive. Breakfast consists of buffet options that include healthy vegetables aswell as local delicacies. Selection of juices and alternative milks such as almond breeze. Breakfast boys, i think one was called John, were attentive checking in for coffee orders etc., Female and male staff gave a good first impression of China such as Bryan and Brigitte. Local mall nearby with typical dishes served when the restaurant at the hotel is busy. Pool is a great asset, lighting and music create the right ambience. Leisure staff helpful and smiley. Front desk staff tried their best to help and speak English rather well."
Hampton by Hilton Zhangjiajie Tianmen Mountain

"I arrived around 11am from Beijing. Understandably my room was not ready yet but they have self service laundry facilities so I asked if I could use them while I wait for my room. They were happy to give me a key for access. After doing my laundry, I asked about check in again and they were able to let me in my room a bit early!!! It was so nice to shower and get ready before Tianmen Mountain (which could not be closer to the property.) Super clean, modern room. Would stay here again if I was ever visiting the area. The only downside of the property is that smoking is allowed in some rooms so the is an air of cigarette smoke around the hotel. I was waiting for the elevator at the lobby and 2 men got out smoking lit cigarettes!! There are definitely no smoking signs all around but apparently people don’t care. So if you have smoke sensitivities maybe this isn’t the hotel for you."

"Lucky and Rebee were both very helpful through our stay, recommending places to go and helping us with the best routes round the scene if areas. The hotel came with a driver to shuttle to and from the nearby scenic area which was a great help and made eveything very easy, the view was great and the rooms very comfortable and quite."

"The hotel is located seconds away from the 张家界 national park entrance, which is essential for our travel, not only we were able to beat the early morning crowd, but we were also able to enjoy the town when all the tourists have left the area. The hotel is also just minutes away from the busy street that's filled with restaurants. The staff were very helpful and the amenities were awesome, free laundry service was included with our room. 10/10 experience."

"Everyone was super friendly and helpful. Staff speaks good English and rooms are clean. I would recommend this for a serene weekend in Yangshuo immersed in nature and if you want to be away from the hustling and bustling of the city."

"Our stay here was nothing short of amazing! We loved this property as it was clean, the room was large and the staff were so helpful. They booked us cars to get from the train station and airport, helped us book a scooter and even gave us food recommendations. We used the pool as it was so hot out and we also ate the breakfast both mornings. The staff were the highlight though as they were truly amazing. Such a beautiful property to be lucky enough to stay at."
