This comfortable South Dennis vacation house is located in a quiet neighborhood, convenient to Cape Cod’s most popular beaches, and steps from the Cape Cod rail trail. The Cape’s famous Mayflower beach is only a short drive away, as well as many Dennis beaches and local area golf courses. Conveniently located close to grocery stores, restaurants, and shops. Private backyard with patio, outdoor shower, and fire pit. Central air. 2 spacious bedrooms (one with new King mattress, other with new Queen mattress) as well as a new sectional with queen sofa bed.
