  • This beautiful and spacious 3,000 sq. ft home is only 20 minutes from Wolf Creek Ski Area and minutes from South Fork. The master bedroom is located down stairs with a king bed and full size bathroom. The master bedroom also includes a sitting room with an additional twin bed. Upstairs offers: 2 bedrooms each with a queen bed, twin bed and full size bathroom. All 3 bedrooms have flat screen televisions. Additional living space upstairs offers a queen and 2 twin beds; Two additional twin mattresses have been placed in the upstairs bedroom cubbies sleeping a total of 15 on mattresses. All towels and linens are furnished. Laundry room with washer and dryer. Fully equipped kitchen. Dining room offers seating for 10 with additional seating at the kitchen island. Front porch has a beautiful Mountain View. Back porch has a River & Mountain View with full private river access. 3 car garage offers plenty of space for your recreational vehicles. An additional bathroom is located adjacent to the laundry room. This bathroom includes a shower, toilet & sink.
