"Incredible staff!!! All of them, not just some of them. By allowing early check I and late check out, it is the busiest (but highly organized) lobby I have ever been in. They are not busy for a couple hours or a couple days. They are busy 24/7."

"2 star hotel. Good value. Location is not great if you like to walk to something. Staff was pleasant. Rooms clean. Pool looked nice. Breakfast wasn’t much selection. Not sure if affiliated, but went to bar next door for supper. Food was pricey and not good and took a long time. Read other negative reviews about the complimentary shuttle to the port. Although chaotic, as around 150 guests were shuttling. We had no issues. We actually left early. There was a person in charge who spoke loudly and clearly about the process. Well done. Would recommend."

"Almost everything was great but in my room someone had to smoke before. Despite crew maintaining the room very clean and refreshed the smell was was quite intense. Apart from that very good service. Thank you."

"The staff were exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and attentive throughout my stay. They went above and beyond to accommodate my early arrival by arranging an early check-in and consistently addressed any concerns I raised in a timely and professional manner. Their hospitality and dedication to providing excellent customer service truly made my experience memorable. I particularly appreciated their attention to detail, including ensuring that my room was cleaned promptly without me ever having to call and request housekeeping services. It was clear that the staff genuinely cared about making my stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. Their outstanding service is one of the main reasons I have returned twice since my initial visit, and I certainly intend to continue being a repeat guest. The team deserves recognition for their exceptional hospitality and commitment to making guests feel valued and well taken care of. 👏"
