2019 new construction, new swim spa open year round (20x8 mini pool/hot tub combo), amazing location…. 1 block from town 5 blocks to the beach. It just doesn't get any better than this...... five bedrooms, two master suites, three living areas, five flat screen TV's, screened porch, outdoor bar area, swim spa, large bunk room, great front porch, an ivy privacy wall, theatre and game room and plenty of parking. This is truly a one of a kind property in an amazing spot in the heart of South Haven so close to everything with all the amenities you could hope for in a vacation destination. Open the front door to the open concept living/dining/kitchen area with custom accents everywhere. Step in to view the fireplace with shiplap and the real barnwood beam encasing the dining area. Check out the well stocked kitchen with large island, quartz countertops & glass tile back splash and from there walk right onto the screened in porch which offers an additional eating area. Two main floor bedrooms & bathrooms finish out the main level. The master bedroom has a custom ceiling in the master bedroom and an attached master bathroom with tile/glass shower enclosure, double sinks, washer and dryer and a private entrance to the swim spa. The other main floor bedroom is sized right for guests & offers private bathroom access to the main floor bathroom.

The upstairs has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a living area. A large bedroom serves as a 2nd floor master suite with an attached bathroom including a shower, toilet and sink. A spacious bunk room for all ages with four twin beds and a walk in closet provides a great space for kids to enjoy especially with toys in the closet! The living area on this floor is nautically themed with a sectional, two extra chairs and a flat screen. The downstairs offers a retreat with a 3rd living area, ping pong table, foosball air hockey AND a very cool theater room with messaging chairs that light up and heat.

In the back yard you can enjoy nice shaded green space surrounded by large mature trees along with a swim spa and outdoor bar area. This provides a great space for outdoor play, yard games and enjoying the outdoors. The storage closet outside is packed with yard games, beach equipment and bikes.

All this and an absolutely amazing location to boot! Fill your vehicle with groceries on the way in and park for the week/weekend everything is within walking distance. In the winter enjoy the ice skating rink 1 block away under the lighted pavilion with skate rental. Swim spa runs year round! Amazing house!!!

House was so nice and very open. Loved the swim spa and the theater room, both are unique options you can’t easily find elsewhere! Short walk to downtown and to the beach. Really enjoyed our stay here!

This house and spa were an amazing getaway for me and some friends. We loved all the rooms and bathrooms, which for girls is a must. The swim spa was so nice and easy to use and put away. The house has everything you could need and was so nice to be in walking distance of going downtown

We had a fabulous stay at this property over Memorial Day Weekend 2024. The house location is unbeatable; easy access to downtown and beachfront. We had no need to drive our car(s) all weekend. 5-Star Friends Winter Getaway

This home was absolutely perfect for our winter weekend getaway w/ friends. The home is clean, beautiful, very well appointed and in an excellent location just a block or two of easy walking from downtown South Haven and the waterfront. Lots of bedrooms and bathrooms, laundry on both the 1st and 2nd floors, and the swim spa was awesome. The host, Susan, was exceptional in her communication before, during and after our stay. We'd rent this home again in a heartbeat!

Mini spring break ‘23

We had a great mini spring break in South Haven! House was perfect for our two families. So much to enjoy right at the housebut also within walking distance to the beach and restaurants/shops in town. The swim spa, game room and theatre room were enjoyed by all of us! Host was beyond helpful and prompt in responding. Definitely would come back.

Amazing home

We are a group of 7 friends from college who gather every year someplace different. This year marked 49 years of friendship. The location of the home was within walking distance of everything we wanted to do and the house far exceeded our expectations!! It is so beautiful and clean and Susan was wonderful to work with. I can’t recommend this home highly enough!

Perfect Location, Perfect Home

The location was perfect. Short walking distance to town, restaurants and the beach was great. Our family enjoyed our stay. The layout of the home worked perfect for our family. Owners special touches, cleanliness and the fully supplied kitchen was fantastic. The various areas to relax was very nice also. There was something to enjoy for every personality. I would definitely recommend your home to anyone visiting the area. The entire process of check in and check out was easy. We were given a comfort level and we were not disappointed. Perfect house for multiple families!!

I cannot say enough positive things about our experience at this house. I stayed here with my husband, our two kids (3 and 4 months) and two parents. There was tons of space to hangout together and also separately to do our own things. The house is stocked with literally everything you could ever need for a toddler and baby and the basement is every kids dream (not to mention the swim spa). Karen, the owner, was super accommodating with early check in and late check out and very responsive. I literally never wanted to leave. We will most definitely be back again!

Amazing Getaway!!!!

We kicked off the Christmas Season with a weekend away with family! We were looking for a place to get away and have some quality family time and this house was the PERFECT getaway!!! Not only was the house BEAUTIFUL (even better than in the pictures), and not to mention festively decorated but it was full of things to do! The kids enjoy all the toys, games and puzzles. And we all enjoy the awesome game room, movie theater room and hot tub! The kids all thought it was pretty special to swim outside in December! We forgot my daughters water wings which was no problem because the house was stocked with life jackets and water wings! Literally everything we needed was there. And the icing on the top was the host was Absolutely amazing! She touched base with us before our arrival to see if we needed an early check in or late check out. Touched based during our stay and after went above and beyond for us when my parents forgot some items. This house is within walking distance to downtown South Haven which was also a lot of fun! Overall I can’t say enough great things about this property and the host! 5 stars all around!

Great house and location! So convenient to have all the beach toys, wagon and umbrella. We loved the pool and backyard for our family. Very toddler friendly with the toys and bikes. If we had bad weather we would have gotten even more use out of the basement!

Our family spent a week in South Haven, MI at this beautiful, newly built home. The home comes equipped with everything you could need…especially if you are traveling with children. In addition to the tastefully decorated rooms, there are beach towels, beach chairs, a closet full of toys and games for all ages, 2 pack’n play toddler beds, a high chair, and best of all…2 sets of washers and dryers! Our family especially enjoyed the media room, ping pong table and air hockey table. We spent most of our days at the beach, but also made some trips to the nearby downtown area for ice cream. We all enjoyed the swim spa! Our host, Susan, was easy to reach before the trip and checked in with us several times. We loved this property and South Haven.

Great home for a large group, near town!

We recently had 3 families with young kids stay at this house. Our stay was wonderful and the house was perfect for young kids! The layout was ideal so each family could have their own space, but there was also plenty of space to congregate. The kids loved the bunk room, the movie theater, and game area. It was so nice to be so close to town, the beach, and kids corner. We would definitely stay here again!

Wedding weekend

This house was the perfect place to stay for our daughter’s wedding. 7 minutes from the venue! 2 walking blocks from downtown and an easy walk to beach and playground area. The house had EVERYTHING one could need for a perfect stay and then some. Kids loved the basement area and all the toys in the bunk room. Quiet neighborhood and plenty of parking. Wish we would have booked more than 4 nights. We will definitely be renting this house again in the future! It’s beautiful and we were sad to leave.

Amazing property & location!

This home is absolutely beautiful…inside & out!!! So much for our family to do with the game room, theater room and swim spa. Only a block from all the downtown fun as well.The owners were wonderful to work with and had everything you would need more and more at the house. We will definitely be booking again for a summer visit.

Property was in outstanding shape! Very clean and well decorated. Had all the kitchen utensils needed and stocked with blankets and towels. Spa was phenomenal as was the entire property. Would highly recommend to anyone looking to stay in South Haven.
