Excellent customer service, friendly staff, great hot breakfast, comfy beds and pillows and the room was clean!! Its Close to downtown shopping and beach! We would definitely satay again!

All. Of the staff attendance was friendly, polite, respectful, funny and cater to my special need son. I would recommend this hotel to everyone. Yes the room was cleaned, lobby was cleaned, the outside area was good. The pool was cold, that didn't stop my son for playing in it.

We had a jacuzzi room, we had to clean the tub because it was dirty and had some hair in it. The bed was spotless and comfy and they had a nice tv. The blinds were a little jank and the smoke detector on the ceiling was dangling. The staff was really nice. Part of the coffee pot maker was missing.

Good stay

Staff was very friendly. Room was clean and beds were comfortable. Could just use a little touch up cosmetic wise. Great location close to beach, only 5 min drive.

The room smelled a little musty because air was not on. After ventilating the room with the air conditioner it smelled fine. The bed was comfortable. I was very satisfied with what I paid for the room and what I received

Staff was great, great location. But for the cost, the bathroom door wouldn’t close, there was holes in the bathroom door and wall. Large holes not small ones at all.

The property could really use an overhaul of cleaning and remodeling. There was mold on the ceiling in the bathroom because there is no fan. Bed was comfortable and breakfast was okay. 1 person couldn’t keep up with the amount of people in the hotel Sunday night so you had to wait for food to be cooked.
