My room had mowed all in the bathroom. My room was not clean. There was hair on the bed hair in the shower hair on the toilet hair in the sink. I was moved to another room. It was cleaner, but it still wasn’t clean. Will not stay there again, however on a lighter side, the staff was professional, polite, well dressed and accommodating.

The property served its purpose. But I checked in on Thursday and reported that the sink stopper was broken. I reported each day and it never was fixed. Also, having a 4:00PM check in is crazy. I noticed that housekeeping wasn’t in a rush to get rooms cleaned. On my floor, I didn’t see them until after 10:30am. Maybe get them to start their day sooner rather than later. Front desk staff were real nice.

Good spot for travelers

Nice hotel, conveniently located for travelers along I-85 or route 58. Staff was pleasant, room was spacious and clean. Breakfast in the morning was good as well.
