The Pool House Renting Sat./Sat. Weekly Only this Summer. Features a refreshing pool Memorial Day to Labor Day. A Hot Tub, Sleeps 6. 3 Bedroom, 2 Bath, Great location with acres ON THE RIVER. Mountain views. High Speed Internet, Well equipped Granite Kitchen, extra clean home with new linens, towels and many little extras. Outside Hot tub is awaiting you after a fun day on the trail. Master Bedroom has a king bed, Bedroom 2 has a Queen bed, Bedroom 3 has a Queen bed. Each bedroom has a TV and Roku device. High Speed Wireless internet. Real wood stove with wood supplied. Large back deck and the front Patio with a propane B.B.Q. another fenced side yard has a Ski Lift swing and ski tower from Heavenly. Fenced back and side yards and a larger fenced area with 2 acres on the river with walking trails, mountain views, hiking walking out your door on the forest with abundant trails in our area. Nearby to Tahoe Paradise Park with playground, disc golf, basketball picnic, pickleball, tennis. Downtown shows and Casinos 20 minutes. This goes beyond where most rental cabins leave off and will leave you with the true Tahoe experience. A lifestyle in a vacation rental getaway.

We had a wonderful stay! House was very well equipped. Comfortable beds. Nice big kitchen and dining area. 30 minutes from Kirkwood. Much more affordable than staying in the village.

The host was very pleasant and responsive when the hot tub fuse blew and one tv required a reset. All instructions were conveniently posted by the front door and the kitchen drawers and cabinets were labeled, making finding things easy. We were there to play in the snow, and the hills right behind the house were perfect for free sledding with no crowds! The fenced yards were especially convenient for the dog and added to the sense of privacy and security. All in all, a great place to stay for our party of 5.

Tahoe Ranch was an absolute dream for us! I traveled with my husband, and we loved everything about this property. It’s just a short walk to the Little Truckee River, which was such a highlight—our dogs had the best time playing in the water. If you’re traveling with pups, this spot is seriously perfect.The location is ideal—close to town for convenience, but still set in a more open, peaceful area where it feels beautiful, spacious, and private. You really get the best of both worlds.There’s ample parking, which made things super easy, and the backyard is a great size. It even opens up to additional land that leads toward the river, giving it that quiet, mountain feel.The hot tub is private and so relaxing—such a nice way to wind down after a day outside. We visited during the time of year when the heated indoor pool wasn’t open, but it looks like an amazing amenity and we’re already looking forward to coming back to try it out.Inside, we really loved the layout of the house. The wood-burning stove makes it feel extra cozy, especially in the evenings. The kitchen is spacious and well set up, the rooms are roomy and comfortable, and having a washer and dryer was incredibly convenient.The owner was very responsive and kind, which made the entire experience even better. It’s always reassuring to know you can easily communicate if you need anything.Overall, this property checked all the boxes for us—great location, beautiful setting, thoughtful amenities, and plenty

This is a great house, with a lots of indoor and outdoor space. The kitchen cookware was much better than can be found in many vacation rentals. The wood burning stove is amazingly efficient and heats up the house nicely. The circular drive was great for throwing the ball for our dogs since the new snow drifts were so high. Speaking of which, they sent folks with a snow tractor to clear the driveway and someone with a shovel to clear the walk. We loved the hot tub when we were able to use it. I look forward to coming back in the summer and enjoying the pool! This is a great home for a family with dogs, we highly recommend it!

This was an ideal place to stay at Tahoe. Close enough for a short drive to town but far enough away to enjoy peace and quiet. The property owners were very friendly and worked with us when the pool had a heating issue. House was well laid out, plenty of room for my family. Would easier stay here again if I went back to Tahoe.

Great rental home for our family which included a small dog...very clean, large & roomy, fully supplied with towels, cooking ware, dishes and much more, smart TVs & internet access, fun indoor swimming pool, outdoor hot tub, multiple patios and grassy fenced area...great place to relax, play games or watch TV in the evening in the comfortable sectional...nice quiet neighborhood...only 20 minute drive to South Lake Tahoe with lots of shoppng, restaurants and other activities...friendly communications with ease of access to the owner...would definitely recommend this rental to others.

Can't wait to return!

Debbie and Hatch are incredible hosts with a beautiful home. The house was clean, the kitchen was stocked with everything you could think of and the property was absolutely gorgeous. It was all fenced in so we never had to worry about our dogs or grandchildren getting out! Our grandkids loved the pool and hot tub as well as the river behind the property. We would definitely recommend this home to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway! It is peaceful, quiet and beautiful. Thanks again Debbie and Hatch!

We had an amazing family vacation at this beautiful house in South Lake Tahoe! Our kids (ages 7,9,12) absolutely loved the indoor pool, which was a huge hit. The house had everything we needed, making our stay super convenient. The location was incredibly peaceful and quiet, perfect for unwinding. Debbie was super friendly and responsive, making sure we had a great experience. One feature I appreciated was being able to see the outside when showering (window above shower stall), taking in the serene view of the surrounding trees. Also the house sits on a pretty big lot so we were able to explore the creek and river a little bit. Because it was fenced off, everything felt very private. We'd definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to other families! 5/5 stars!

Such a gem

This house was amazing. Such a cool creek that runs behind the home. Having the pool accessible for the kids was really cool. Everything you could ever imagine for the kitchen for cooking and barbecuing.

Unplug

This was the perfect property to book for us just to unplug. We ran away from the city, to take in the scenery and celebrate my daughter's 20th birthday. We all needed to unplug from the everyday hustle and veg out! We enjoyed riding our bikes around the neighborhood, having coffee on the back patio and listening to the water run in the creek. Then running into town to grab dinner and desert, followed up by soaking in the jacuzzi. This was always a great way to end the night.

5 Stars all around!

This property was perfect for our ski weekend. It is 30 minutes from Kirkwood and 20 minutes from Heavenly. Our dog (and we!) loved the fenced in, level yards. We took a nice evening walk up the road that took us into beautiful forest and river scenery.The house itself was comfortable, cozy and spotlessly clean. It is very well appointed. The kitchen had everything one could need, well organized in labeled drawers and cabinets. Even night lights were provided. We hope to be back in the summer.

Lovely Property and Home!

Our family absolutely loved this house and the property.Check in and check out process was easy, no issues to report. Kitchen was well stocked with all the cooking ware needed. Wood fireplace was also a very nice feature along with the hot tub. Very clean upon entering and exactly as described compared to the listing. Rooms were spacious and comfortable. The owner, Debbie, was kind and helpful in responding to our texts. Location of this house was far enough away to enjoy the nature but close enough to town. Lovely river on the property to walk to. We stayed in March where we were concerned about the snow packs but the location of this property in the valley had an abundance of snow. Can’t wait for another stay!

Excellent, very comfortable stay

Comfortable, clean and cozy. My family and our dogs enjoyed our stat and will try to book a stay in the summer as well to enjoy the swimming pool. The hot tub was great after a day on the slopes. Just know that the pool is indoor but in a non insulated pool room so it’s way too cold for a dip. A very pleasant stay with comfortable spaces and a well stocked kitchen. Thanks again!

Family getaway

Perfect location for a family getaway trip. Everything was as advertised, the home was well appointed, especially the kitchen. Plenty of towels for the pool/hot tub. Definitely would stay again.
