"Nice, clean hotel. My room AC didn't work for most of my stay. I was literally pouring sweat at one point and constantly taking a shower. The awesome woman at the front desk able to go up to my room and fix whatever issue it was and controlled it with the computer at her desk. I would definitely stay at this hotel again, but I'd have to make sure my AC was working first. Everything else was great."

It has not had any power for quite some time as the fridge and freezer were completely warm. I tried to call and message with no response, not even days later. VRBO support was helpful but also unable to contact the host. I have a case # but have not yet gotten it resolved and refunded. "
