A LUXURY BEACH experience at Beach House Condominiums located at 3400 Gulf Blvd., awaits you! This gorgeous 3rd floor, beachfront, condo has recently been renovated. It's a 2 bedroom, 2 bath with unbelievable gulf views from the living area and master bedroom. Relax on the balcony and enjoy the sunrise. The balcony can be accessed from the living area and the master bedroom. The kitchen has granite countertops, all new stainless steel appliances, and is completely stocked with everything you need to cook an amazing meal at home. Take a dip in either of the sparkling clear pools or relax in the hot tub at the end of the day.

*** Due to a VRBO upgrade issue we will need to collect the City of South Padre Island-Cameron County 11% hotel occupancy tax as an additional payment request after your booking. VRBO currently only collects hotel occupancy tax (6%) for the state of Texas.*

The place was amazing! I didn't want to leave! The view was breathtaking. I loved that the whole property was gated and that we had a private walk out to the beach. Definitely would recommend this location to anyone! Hopefully we come back again in the distant future.

Ideal for Families

Very convenient and well maintained condo with great pools We did not even bother setting up on the beach, just strolled out for a swim and back as we pleased. The condo has chairs, beach toys etc. if you do decide to spend the day close to the water.

Great place, needs a new bed

Great apartment, we enjoyed our stay. But the mattress in room 1 is very old and soft, needs to be updated, we had a backache every morning. The sofa in the living room has a weird smell. Everything else was great!

Wonderful condo with amazing view of ocean!

Perfect location! Right on the beach with an awesome view of the ocean from the living room and master bedroom! We enjoyed leaving the sliding glass door open and listening to the waves. So nice! The condo is beautifully decorated and had everything we needed. Plus, it's close to restaurants, grocery, and shopping. We liked that it wasn't an overcrowded complex. Plenty of room to social distance from others. Gina is an awesome owner. She responded to any question in minutes. Highly recommend!

Renovated and Managed with Care

We've stayed at Beach House before. We looked forward to returning because of the great experience, the location, the location and… the location. In fact, we fdiscovered we had stayed in the unit next door. When we came in, it was clear the unit had been recently remodeled/renovated. New bathroom surfaces, beautiful master bath, quality towels and linens - it was like borrowing a friend's place for the weekend - a friend with good taste! The kitchen was especially nice. The appliances are new, the cookware is high quality and they had most everything this demanding cook needed. It came well-stocked with a pound of fresh coffee, plenty of filters and a high quality coffee maker. That makes my vacation mornings much happier. This is a beachfront condo so the view is… the beach. Gorgeous sunrises… The one drawback to an end unit at Beach House is the smaller size of the deck. The middle units have decks which are the width of both the living area AND the master. The end units - only the living area - however… more privacy… A great place and great communication with the owner. We'll be back.

Great Location and Updated, But…

Pros - The proximity of the condo to the beach is perfect. Just a short walk. The views from the balcony are amazing. The condo is updated and has everything you will need. Kitchen is fully stocked with utensils, coffee pot (including filters), toaster, pots and pans, etc. Had soap for washing clothes, dish soap. Seriously everything you need! It was also very spacious for our family of 4 and could easily accommodate more. Cons - The condo could’ve been a little cleaner (there was still sand in the dining room chairs when we got there and someone’s leftover clothing was in the bathroom under a shelf.) I’m pretty sure the a/c unit sits in the closet on the patio and it was hard to enjoy the sounds of the ocean when it was running. Also, there is a whiteboard in the kitchen that says you must have a parking pass or you will get towed. At no point did we receive an email stating this prior to our arrival. The owner told us to get with a security guard on a golf cart. We never saw a security guard for the five days during our stay. We tried to get one at the manager’s office, but one of the residents told us they currently don’t have a manager onsite. Thankfully we were never towed. It was also disappointing that the main pool was under repair and could not be used. They had a small dipping pool that you could still use. Really, it is not a big deal, but at no point did we receive any communication stating the main pool was being renovated. It would have been nice to know.

Our favorite beach get away

We’ve been coming to this property for years and it is our favorite. It’s always clean and communication with the property manager is always easy and fast. It’s like our summer home away from home.

Great spacious place to stay with an amazing view. I suggest bringing cleaning supplies. There were stains on the bed sheets, hair in the toilet and on the bathroom floors and dust which I'm sure is from being vacant. Overall I would book again. I usually clean up when booking overnight stays but it was obvious no one really cleaned up in a while.

Beautiful Rental & Great Host!

Loved this rental! The condo was beautiful and very comfortable with a large kitchen and amazing views of the ocean. The host responded quickly and was very easy to work with. Will definitely stay here again!

Perfect beach/water view. Unit access described in check in instructions incorrect, resulting in difficulty accessing unit.Unit could benefit from a thorough cleaning, e.g. food debris under dining table, dust on furnishings. Recliner in living room has worn handle resulting in inability to recline. Soiled bedding in Master BR. No instructions for TV use, with multiple remotes provided.

Gorgeous relaxing view - Amazing location

We visited with our 12 year old and enjoyed the sound of the ocean waves, the unobstructed view, quiet condo. The pool and hot tub is perfect with the walkway just a few steps to the ocean. I loved the rinse of station and local places to eat like Viva SPI. Try their shrimp with white wine cream sauce. We look forward to staying again. This was our 2nd time so far. Hope to come back many more times!

Condo is very comfortable with everything you need. Close to restaurants and groceries. Balcony was great to sit and relax and soak in the scenery. Easy parking as well.

Nice stay

Plenty of room for my spouse and I, plus 20 & 16 year old kids. Easy access to beach, clean pools, and short walk to stores & dining. Some repairs needed, but nothing to impede our stay.

Good, except key box and television

1. Accessing the key box is ridiculously difficult. Should be replaced with something that works better. 2. The TV didn’t work. Host had to come to the unit to activate the system. It would be an improvement to get rid of the streaming service and have plain vanilla cable service. 3. Most cooking utensils have seen better days. 4. Ceramic range top badly scratched. Difficult to clean.

View of beach and ocean was perfect. Beach access excellent. Could upgrade frying pans for cooking. I donated one. Design of rooms lovely. Onsight property manager helped me figure out how to open the tray to get the key to front door. Planning to return next uear. Already booked it.
