LUXURIOUS, REMODELED, SPACIOUS PENTHOUSE CONDO WITH AWESOME BEACH VIEWS!!

Our entire 3BD/2Bath condominium has been remodeled with new tile, custom cabinets, granite and fresh paint throughout. All new plumbing fixtures, ceiling fans and light fixtures have been added as well as brand new coastal furniture and plush linens! We are ready for the summer season!

Our South Padre Island condominium is in Saida, which has a great reputation for the amenities it has to offer. Amenities include 3 swimming pools, 4 hot tubs, 4 tennis courts and shuffleboard. 24 Hour Security is another feature that makes it the best complex on the island! The views are stunning from our Penthouse Floor Balcony! We have a large table with chairs and chaise lounges there for your enjoyment! Once on the balcony you will see what we feel in love with, the most unbelievable view of the Ocean Shoreline stretching in both directions!

Our condo comfortably accommodates two families! The kitchen is fully equipped with coffee maker, pots and pans as well as a window with gorgeous views of the sunrise over the water! Our dining room is very spacious with a large table with 8 chairs and 4 stools at the counter as well as a spectacular view of the ocean! A built in bar with mini refrigerator, Cuisinart Blender and glasses make entertaining a snap! We have a 65" TV with sound bar as well as a wireless bluetooth speaker in the living room and additional TV's in the master and the bunk bed room. Free WiFi available to guests. The bedrooms have the following beds, Master-King, 2nd Room has 2 XL Twins, (that can be pushed together for a King) and the 3rd room has a Dbl/Dbl bunk bed. We also have Queen Size EZ Bed by Frontgate that can be used in the Living area. The Master bath has a double vanity, walk in shower and lots of extra storage for toiletries. The hall bath also has walk in shower and medicine cabinet. Full size shampoo and soaps provided. We do provide luxurious beach towels to use while you are our guests.

This condo was beyond what we expected! Every window captured a breathtaking view. The beds were outstanding!The only thing the rental lacked was sugar, which we were able to purchase just down the road. So we lacked for nothing!The security at the entry point and at the beach entry made us feel safe and secure our entire stay. The outside of the condos is a bit dated, but dont let that deter you. The inside was a most pleasant surprise! We wish we had more days to explore all the resort had to offer. Our host was extremely personable and was quick to answer all of our questions. If you're easily confused by multiple remotes for a tv, plan on connecting to the wifi to stream your shows. Or, do like we did, and spend your days outdoors.

Spring Break

Perfect place for our family of 5. We enjoyed the heated pools, ocean views, swimming in the ocean, and ability to walk most of the island. Definitely recommend if you are looking for a relaxing trip.

Fantastic stay with excellent communication from host

Absolutely gem of a find in South Padre Island. We have stayed in this area many times, and this is by far the best VRBO we have stayed at. Located on the sixth floor of a condo complex with plenty of amenities it provides the perfect view to the beach and easy beach access. On the day of arrival there was a repair in progress and there was no water. However, upon contacting the host, she communicated with us in a timely fashion about what was going on, and even offered to refund if the water was not restored by the next morning. Luckily for us, the water was restored, and our vacation stay was wonderful. I would gladly stay at this location again.

South Padre Review

The property is very clean and the condo has a wonderful view. There were a couple issues in the beginning but they were resolved by the owner. The property itself is very boring. There are no activities at the pool and the owner does not provide any type of items that could be used to float etc. I ended up buying items and left them there otherwise there was nothing to do but sit or walk which I enjoyed but at times got boring. Maybe a water aerobic class something to look forward to for the day. The island itself was very lovely. Overall i enjoyed it.

The view!!!

This place was fantastic! The view was amazing! The living space was very open and beautifully decorated. We had everything that we needed. One of the pools was very warm, which was great for us with 70s during the day and 50s at night. It was nice to have access to the beach right from the pool area. We’d definitely stay here again!

Great view, very comfortable stay.

We've stayed here 3 years in a row. It's on the top floor of a 6-story building, right on the beach but on the quieter end of the complex, which is perfect for us. Our favorite thing is the view off the balcony. The bar height table affords an unrestricted view of the ocean. We spend a lot of time out there. Lots of extra beach towels come in handy and there are pegs on the wall outside to dry all of our swim wear. There are beach toys in the outside closet the kids always use. Very clean condo with plenty of space. We travel with 7 people and don't feel crowded. The kitchen is well stocked with pots, pans and utensils. There is a coin laundry on the first floor hidden in the right stairwell - $1.25 per wash, $1.00 per dry. Bring quarters with you to make life easy. It's a great place to stay - we definitely recommend.

Perfect Views, Gorgeous Condo

I've stayed in a lot of VRBOs all over the country and this is by far one of the best. It's designed beautifully. It has everything you could ever need inside and is really spacious. The beds are so comfortable that everyone remarked abut how well they slept. It's nicely kept up, so it didn't feel like a "rental" but like staying at a good friend's awesome house. The views were simply breathtaking. Every morning we enjoyed coffee and staring at the sunrise and every evening we sipped wine and watched the light over the ocean as it faded. I'm already thinking about when I can go back!

This is a great property! Everything was really nice and had everything you need.!!!

Condo is in Great location. Sitting on patio is a must for us. Over looking beach!! Property is wonderful. It was March, so we had a few a days but we didn’t care. Pools (3)are good. You can order drinks or food in the larger pool. We traveled to the sea turtle rescue. Wonderful place!! Yes we would stay here again!!

Almost perfect

The property was great. Loved the large balcony with tall chairs so that a short person (like me) could enjoy the fabulous view. The kitchen was well equipped with plenty of dishes, utensils, and glasses and the master bath was exceptional. Karyn was very, very prompt to answer inquiries before arrival and after arrival. The second bath was small, but adequate with a great shower. I titled the review "almost perfect" because of the location of the second bathroom. It's a little awkward with the master bedroom being between the second bedroom and the bathroom door. The third bedroom is on the other side of the condo. The other almost perfect thing is there is no washer or dryer in the unit, although there is a quarter laundry room on the first floor. I almost missed this in the property description, but caught it a couple of days before we left home. So I packed more clothes than I had originally intended. We stayed with another couple and we had a terrific trip and great visit with each other in this beautiful condo.

Loved the view and people here. Great place for our family of six. Nice beach access and heated pool. Highly recommend to anyone. Beach towels and beach toys for the kids a huge plus!

Beautiful penthouse condo right on the water with easy pool and beach access. Owners very responsive and customer service oriented.

Awesome beach front rental

Amazing views and clean property. Great host! We had a great time! Plan to stay here again on our next visit to SPI.
