Look no further, 123 Georgia Ruth has all you need for your beach getaway! Featuring 4 bedrooms and 2.5 Bathrooms, this home accommodates up too 12 people comfortably! The house is tastefully furnished with island decor and offers a spacious living area for all guests to enjoy. This home encompasses three floors. The first floor entails the entry way to the house, garage, and a bedroom, which is located behind the garage next to the pool area. The second floor entails two spacious bedrooms, a living area, dining area, and a kitchen. The kitchen is fully stocked to accommodate our guests' cooking needs! The third floor consists of an oversized open master bedroom.

The backyard of this home is a tropical paradise offering a private pool and hot tub. It's the perfect area for guests to relax while on vacation!

123 E. Georgia Ruth is located less than 1/2 a block from the beach, offering guests easy access to South Padre Island's white sandy beaches!

Every stay at 123 E. Georgia Ruth includes a complimentary starter kit stocked with essential vacation items such as toilet paper, paper towels, soap, shampoo, conditioner, dish soap, laundry detergent, coffee and filters, olive oil, and basic seasonings. For your comfort, we recommend bringing a few personal favorites such as beach towels, sunscreen, extra blankets, bottled water, or baby items. I didn't like that the master bed room is open to living room so you hear everything going on down stairs and I didn't like that one of the rooms is outside in garage area completely separate , pool wasn't to clean , and they need a new stove and microwave

The house was lovely. I do recommend cleaning or throwing iron in master bedroom. It was staining clothes with orange stains. I would also recommend putting trash bags in the kitchen. Overall we had a pleasant stay and would recommend.

Good!!

Overall, it was a good stay, house was decently clean, plenty of space! Beach was a couple minute walk and with easy access. Would definitely recommend for family gatherings and vacations!

Great time and communication

Check in was easy, communication through the stay was exceptional. There were some inconveniences', but SPI took care of them right away. Leo was responsive and followed up to ensure the fixes were done as expected. This made the stay much less stressful and enjoyable. Would stay through SPI again.

Overall, our sray was great! Home is beautiful, but has outdated furniture and carpet in the bedroom. Also needs lighting in the backyard. However, private pool is awesome!

Perfect for Large Family

We enjoyed our time at the house on Georgia Ruth We didn’t quite realize the downstairs room was detached from the rest of the house, and off of the garage - but it did not stop us from enjoying the property. The space was perfect for our party of 10 (all adults). Access to the beach was super easy and quick.

Another Great Trip on SPI

A fabulous location !!! The AC had issues and SPI Rentals had it replaced the next day. Pool is huge - but has to be cleaned often. Carpets are supposed to be cleaned soon. Location location Location. Entrance to the beach is at the end of the block - like 50yds !!

South Padre stay

Pool and hot tub were the best part of the house. There were a few more utensils that could of been supplied and some beach towels would of been great to have at the house. Railing on the deck was failing apart and not safe. Other than that, house was great and worked well for our family of 8.

this place was great for our family vacation. The location is prefect close to walk to the beach but far enough that it is a quite neighborhood. The pool was my favorite part of the home. I would definitely stay here again.

While there was Maintainence challenges, this is a good property with a nice pool & hot tub in a good location to the beach and other locations.

Not as pictured

The pictures are probably very old and should be updated. The furniture was very worn both in the living room and bedrooms. The backyard/pool area needs to be power washed. The whole place didn't look very clean. On top of this, we found cockroaches (the small ones that get in everything) in the kitchen. We were pretty disappointed with the property, but made the best of it and enjoyed our two night stay. This place is walking distance to the beach which is what we were looking forward to. Still, we paid quite a bit for the rental and it was just not worth that amount.

SPI vacation problems

No instructions for anything! TV had 3 remotes, dishwasher and clothes dryer had weird operating techs. hot tub was ice cold couldn’t use for 3 days. 4th bedroom had to be accessed through garage, pool WAS NOT heated as advertised, so was not usable. Took three days to get someone to get the hot tub working. Would be nice to have instruction folder for these things, and also a folder with things to do in area, restaurants, shopping, etc. Place was in a good location, and was clean, with basic cooking utensils, could use a 9x13 pan, we had to buy disposable ones for two meals, otherwise very well equipped. We loved the wine cooler, we used for our bottled water and drinks. We had a great time, the problems we had could have been avoided with an instruction folder, we wouldn’t have had to wait days for help. Would have been nice to have had a small Christmas tree or a little decorating since we were there for Christmas. Overall a beautiful place!

Great space, great location

Two families split the house and it was fantastic with room to spare. Plenty of room for everyone to have their privacy but also spaces big enough to come together for games and food. AC was great, pool and hot tub was fantastic for everyone to enjoy the weather even if you didn't feel like taking a super short walk to the beach. Dont miss the front patios and their super comfortable stools for zooming into school or work sessions and enjoying the ocean sounds at night. Would do SPI again and recommend this rental to other groups wanting to enjoy the beach, and time with each other
