Same day bookings accepted if available!! Fantastic location steps away from the beach in the beautiful Tiki luxury condominium complex. Ground floor unit with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Permit # 2023-0464. Beautiful gardens surround 2 nice heated swimming pools. Spring break restrictions apply: Families only or adults 24 years old with verified IDs. Our condo is fully furnished with a king size bed in the master bedroom and 2 full size beds in the 2nd bedroom. Living room has a sofa-sleeper. The kitchen is fully equipped with full size electric range & oven, microwave oven, dishwasher, fridge, coffee maker, toaster, blender, dishes and utensils. We provide you with 2 flat screen TVs, cable with 6 HBO and 4 ESPN, DVD player, free WIFI internet service, VOIP phone with free long distance (domestic) calls, bed linens, bath towels, iron and ironing board. You only need to bring your personal items. The 2 heated (at winter time) outdoor swimming pools were renovated this year. We're located just across the boulevard from Sea Turtle Inc. and the fantastic South Padre Island Birding and Nature Center, the Rio Grande Valley's premier destination for birdwatching. Walking distance to Clayton's, Club Louie, Barry's Bistro, On The Border, etc.. Many activities within 10 minutes of the condominium: South Padre Island Water Park, dolphin watch, boogie boarding, snorkeling and scuba, surfing, windsurfing, kite-boarding and sailboat rentals. There is bay fishing, deep sea fishing, fishing at the jetties, pier, surf and fly fishing. Other activities include beach 4-wheeling, horseback riding and the Laguna Madre Nature Trail. 30 minute drive to Brownsville to one of the top zoos in the country—The Gladys Porter Zoo. Paradise for golfers, there is golf at the South Padre Island Golf Club in Laguna Vista and many more courses around the valley. Come see why we love South Padre Island!!! Pets must be pre-approved. Great condo, everything you could need

The condo owner communicated well. The condo was equipped with everything we needed - from toilet paper to paper towels to dishwashing liquid to hand soap.The condo was great for the time we stayed there (four nights). We will definitely rent this condo again.

Great get away!!!

The place was as expected, comfy and very clean. The family and I had a pleasant time at The Tiki. I definitely do recommend it, our host David was very helpful and attentive through out our stay. Were looking forward for our next little get away!

Enjoyable

The check in process was so easy. Great communication with David. The condo was so comfortable, clean and quiet. Really liked the place. When I plan another trip to SPI I’ll definitely return to this place.

Great spot to get to the beach

Great location north of the main tourist spots but next door to Clayton's if that's your thing. Place was clean and easily slept our family of 5. Full kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals and bathrooms were stocked with extra towels. The entire complex is non-smoking so we enjoyed a lot of patio and pool time. 5/5 would recommend.

This is a great place! We had a party of 4 adults, 2 children, and two small dogs and we had plenty of space for our 4th of July vacation. Great proximity to one of two pools, very short walk to the beautiful beach, very convenient parking, and a great patio that goes the entire length of the living room and two bedrooms. David checked in on us to make sure all was going well. I’d definitely book this place again.

Great condo!

Clean property with all the amenities. Perfect for my family of 5 and 2 dogs! Ground floor unit with a nice patio and green grass, too! Minimal walking distance to beach and a few steps to the pool. Everything was great! Will definitely book this condo again in the future! Owner was in contact as needed via email or phone and check-in/check-out was smooth and easy.

Great Stay!

We rented at the Tiki for the first time. My family was visiting from out of town and we need a pet friendly condo close to the beach. This unit fit us perfectly. It was so nice not to have to ride an elevated up and down all day. Unloading and packing up was a breeze due to the ground floor. The owner was extremely accommodating and friendly. It was my birthday and he even had flowers and a card waiting. The unit was very clean and contained everything we needed for a beach weekend. The beach was very nice and not as crowded as other areas which was great! I would recommend the Tiki to anyone looking for a nice family friendly place to stay!

Relaxing salt life Christmas

Have never used Vrbo or any type of business like that. Always hotels. So glad I reached outside my comfort zone for our holiday. The owner of the property was beyond AMAZING. His communication with me prior to our arrival was speedy and professional. Even the most simplest of questions he answered without delay. The property, very tropical. The grounds ate immaculate. We did not use the pools, but saw others enjoying them. Was just not comfortable doing so during Covid. We had a 2 bed 2 bath. Very spacious. Beds were extremely comfortable. Rooms very quiet. Our room Was less than 100 yards to the beach. A truly perfect location. The owner keeps almost everything you need stocked. Was the most wonderful time!

Beautiful condo really close by the beach kitchen has all utensils you need to cook and also bbq Mr. David very attentive the condo is super clean comfortable beds spacious closets they also have some stuff for the beach the only thing we had trouble connecting to the internet …. Friday night we saw the fireworks really close we just went to the beach and it was a beautiful show Clayton’s beach bar it’s right there next to the condos aver all I will give it 10 stars

Everything was perfect from booking till the end of another family fun weekend. David the host was amazing his communication and hospitality was the best. We had 6 people 3 adults and 3 teenagers. Nice location and amenities

Went on a crowded July 4th weekend, and the property maintenance staff were working hard to keep the pools cleaned, trees trimmed, trash cleaned up, and most importantly - parking spaces free from other beachgoers. Went to dinner at the Marriott next door - zero parking, and guests were having to park across the street. Ended up dropping everyone off and parking back at our condo to walk. The beach was convenient, and the host was very communicative and nice.

Nice and fun

We had a great time and loved the location. Was able to see the fireworks, enjoy the beach, and pool! Family had a great time. Only thing was the accessibility for wheelchair getting into the room, does have a small step and can be difficult with the wheelchairs and has tub, no walk in shower option for accessibility. My grandpa enjoyed the patio area and fun day at the pool! He turned 95! Thank you!! A must do again!

Second stay

This was our second time staying in this property and we loved it. It is well stocked with all the essentials. Within walkable distance to beach access. Very clean and comfortable environment. Check in was simple and communication with David was always very quick in regards to response time and extremely friendly. Will be staying there again soon.
